Beautiful beach house- The house has a open floor plan w/ living room, dining, kitchen area , upstairs 4 bedrooms, special bunk room w/ entertainment area for kids, 1.5 bath, plus outside shower, large Upstairs deck for great views of the water,both Eaglecrest I &II are next to each other, special discounts for renting both, great for hosting reunions, wedding etc.., plenty of parking, 20 yards to beach, access to sound for boating or fishing, near all the main attractions- great location. This house is your piece of paradise while your our guest. The house has great outdoor space for plenty of entertaining.

We found this beach house to be very convenient to the beach and entertainment. The price was very reasonable and there was plenty of room for guest. The Kitchen supplies and utensils were lacking a little, but overall it was a very enjoyable stay.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, pet owners, families with young children, girls getaway.

First of all our stay was great, the weather could not have been nicer did not rain until the day we left. The place was great and the price was excellent, plenty of room for all of us (10). Second the owner is one of the nicest people you will speak with when renting the place, always replied within hours. The beach was so close and that was great since I had my 3yr granddaughter and she wanted to stay at the beach from morning to night. She loved hunting the hermit crabs at night and the outdoor shower. Went a whole 5 days with no TV. Joe thank you to you and your family for allowing us to stay, we really did have a wonderful time and hope to be able to rent from you in the future. I will recommend your place to everyone I know that is planning a trip to Pensacola/Gulf Breeze area.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My wife and I came down to Pensacola for the weekend with a few friends and really had a good time. We look forward to coming back and would rent the house again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.
