Our 'Beach Porch'can be yours. Custom built 3 years ago, it is beachfront with a very private screened porch to watch the Oyster or Shrimp boats going by out front. Our cottage is surrounded by ancient oak trees, which makes it a birders paradise, especially in the Spring and Fall migrant season. Our private pool is large and features a pleasant deck just outside the back door.
Non-smoking property - minimum one month rental.
For those inside days there is a modern, well-equipped kitchen, including a wine cooler and a fireplace to sit by and sip. The tall french doors look out into the trees and on to the water.
The master bedroom has french doors facing the beach and opens onto the enclosed porch. The guest room faces the pool. Each has their own bath.
