Welcome to the PALM COTTAGE, our very comfortable, quaint 2 bedroom cottage in the best part of Old Town Port Aransas. THE PALM offers an affordable, comfortable cottage with the feel of home. Enter through the kitchen door - all our friends do, and you are welcomed into a bright sunny room with high ceilings and skylights! The open concept layout of this house is an efficient use of space with a 4 person dining table as well as breakfast bar seating for two. The bright, sunny kitchen is stocked with everything you will need!
Just off the kitchen is bedroom one with a queen bed, dresser with soothing sky blue walls. The bath opens to both bedrooms and has a tub/shower combination. Bedroom two opens into the living area and also features a queen bed and dresser with bedside table.
The bath also has the stackable washer/dryer which saves trips to the laundry facility. All linens and towels are furnished with a few beach towels as well. We ask that you DO NOT take our white towels to the beach.
On the north side, the living area opens onto a deck with seating. But you just cannot beat the charm of the south side patio/picnic area. Shady when you want it, the Bar-B-Q is located here off the deck. You will think you are in the tropics with the lush greenery surrounding this outdoor area.
The home has central air conditioning and heating and WiFi for your total comfort. There is parking for 2 cars and a boat.
THE PALM COTTAGE is located a block from the scenic Port Aransas Wharf where you can dine al fresco on the freshest seafood imaginable! There are a minimum of 10 restaurants within a three block radius + Port Aransas' own Brewery.
If fishing is your game, say no more, you can book a trip on any of the fishing boats lining the wharf area, or fish from the multiple piers or surf. Just remember, Port Aransas is known as the place 'they bite everyday'.
