Enjoyed our stay at this little condo in Eureka. Nice walk into downtown with sidewalks. It was nice to find the hot cocoa as it was unseasonably cool and I am not a coffee drinker. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom is very "cozy" but served it's purpose. Excellent value.

Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Wonderful Mother/Daughter Getaway

My mother and I rented this condo for a girls weekend and it was excellent!!! It is decorated tasteful and smelled wonderful upon our arrival. It was stocked with many thoughtful extras from drinks in the fridge, snacks, hot chocolates, and many other extras! It was a perfect, relaxing and refreshing weekend!

First of all this is not a one bedroom it is a studio. Second, this is not a condo it is a hotel room, and not a very nice one at that. Complex is a little shady (and I don't mean wooded); the unit was dirty (exploded cola in a tiny refrigerator); no wifi. Take my advice, Keep looking.

I am very proud to say, until now I have accomplished my goal 100%. At this point I do not believe that anything I do or say will make you a happy person. With that being said, I am more than happy to refund your money ! The last thing I want is a unhappy customer. Our web site states that we do not have WIFI, or an Ice Maker on property. I am at a lost as how to reply to the place being Dirty and Shady ("and I don't mean woody"). You did not give me a example of that. The house keeper had defrosted the refrigerator, and turned the control too high. It was fully stocked with water, soda's and juice. (at "NO" cost to you or any of my other guest.)! I know that was a mess. I am very sorry for the huge mess. However, all you had to do was give me a call and I would have sent the housekeeper to clean the mess up. GG Scott, Owner

My partner and I could not have had a better experience. Mrs. GG made special arrangements so that we could book the place on fairly short notice. It is right on the main strip in downtown Eureka- walking distance to shops and clubs. The condo itself was extremely clean and well stocked with everything from snacks to toiletries and entertainment. For the price, you absolutely could not find anything better.

Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

Because it was cold and rainy we stayed in our lovely room. We watch T.V., read, and sipped on our coffee and tea. The room was so lovely, we enjoyed the warn robs and house shoes. I think it was one of the most relaxing trips we have taken in a long time. Thanks you GG for making our trip so complete. J

My family stayed at this lovely condo for our family get away. It was actually my wedding anniversary but we decided to make it a family trip this time. We took our 6yr old daughter and our dog. The room was very accommodating; there was plenty of drinks in the mini fridge and snacks as well. It even had a twin size blow up mattress which included sheets; that our daughter slept on. They had the most comfy slippers and bath robes. Plenty of shampoo and soap we didn't have to bring any of that kind of stuff with us which was nice. The little kitchen setup is awesome. We made coffee every morning which was great. The location is the best. Our daughter enjoyed walking downtown everyday. We have our favorite place to eat breakfast downtown called the Local Flavor it is awesome! We are looking forward to our next visit. Thanks again for a wonderful and enjoyable stay!

Comfy and Romantic Atmosphere

This condo was fully loaded with comforts and style for a great value. It was clear that she cares a lot about the experience and needs of her guests. She's thought everything out: fuzzy robes, shaving razors, wine glasses and more; G.G. took great care of us and the property. It was everything we wanted and more than we expected. It was difficult to leave for sightseeing in the snow! The condo is on the edge of the historic district, so, it has a nice private feel, yet it is a short walk from everything that you will do and see downtown. It also has a patio with tables and chairs and a gazebo for the warmer months. We were very happy with our stay and will always recommend her condo experience. We hope to make more visits!

Fun time

Condo was clean and stocked we had a great time. Bed was a little small but I'm 6'4 so most are. There where a few photos of the owners up but didn't really bother us at all. Great location easy walk to town.

Relaxing weekend

We had an amazing weekend in an amazing location. The condo was perfect. It was comfortable and felt like home. Thank you for the wonderful amenities and snacks.. We could walk to anyplace downtown. While setting on the deck and relaxing, we could enjoy the beautiful fall colors. At one point we could even watch the deer.

Great little place

Went to Eureka Spring for the first time and found this little cozy condo. It was greatly priced since all the other places were B&B and really expensive. We arrive and had a bit of trouble finding it as I wasn't given the name of the condo place, but the owner was only a phone call away. Nice walk to downtown which was great for my hubby, but I'm not much of a walker, The place was stocked nicely with small essentials as shampoo, tooth paste and brushes..etc ( wish there were q-tips though) and needed essentials such as towels, bed sheets..etc. Also had a tv and some dvds, but no cable (was hoping to get at least the weather channel) and no wi-fi. Also, brought food back since it had a little fridge, but again no spoons, forks, plates..etc....however, there was a cute display of coffee cups and such. A guest book and greeting letter would have been nice to get. I wasn't sure what I could/couldn't touch or use (ex. there was a cute display of wine and glass, but we didn't touch it because we didn't know if we would be charged or anything about it). Thank you Glenna for a great stay.

You gave me a lot of insight on ways I can make my condo a cozy home away from home with all the little extras I want to offer. First I can't believe that I didn't give you the name of our condo's "Bella Paradiso" which means little camp "Eureka". I will make sure I add Q-tips, spoons, forks, and plates to my list. The guest book was a 'GREAT SUGGESTION' I will get one for both condo's tomorrow. The Greeting letter is a great IDEA too! I will work on that too. I think I should frame it and put it in the kitchen area. Everything in the room is for your use. The only thing I ask is--if you open a bottle of wine or liquor, (not including the little bottles, they are free) it would be appreciated, if you replaced it when you leave. You will never be charged for anything you use at my condo. I strive to make this just like you were spending the weekend at a friend's house. We have only had the two condo's a few months, so I am still working on a few things, like the WI-FI, and an ice maker. As for the cable, we do have that! I must look into why that did not work. Thanks you so much for all of your comments, and suggestions---I will truly take them to heart. I am looking forward, to you being my guest again soon. My husband and I rented this condo for a week during BB&BBQ. This place is the best place I've ever stayed in, the condo is so nice and clean, the owners really go out of their way to make sure all your needs are met. Travelling by motorcycle, we couldn't pack a lot, but everything we forgot our couldn't pack they had there. The decor and homey feeling of this place is unbelievable. I can't say enough about the wonderful experience we had staying here. We actually got to meet the owners and other owners of the complex and let me tell you, they make you feel right at home. We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE staying here and plan on coming back every year. Thank you G.G, Mr. T. and the Bella Paradiso owners...See ya next year.

We arrived late Friday evening and stayed until Sunday check out for an impromptu anniversary weekend. The condo was cute and so well stocked with goodies! The decor was so interesting and lovely to look at. We were cozy and comfortable all weekend. The complex was quiet and the few couples we encountered were very friendly. Couldn't have asked for anything more! Will definitely stay here again.

Wanted to take my wife out of town for a few days just to get away. We found this condo last min. And was so pleased with the price. I travel a good bit and this condo is better than any 5 star hotel that I pay over $100 a night for. GG thanks for helping make such a plesent trip and nice surprise for my wonderful wife. You can't go wrong with this condo especially if you want to spend time downtown, no need to deal with traffic or finding a place to park as you can walk, take the trolley or horse drawn carrage. Hope to return soon!!

What a WOUNDERFULL place to stay. This was a surprise two day get away from my husband so we were glad to find such a nice place on short notice. The condo has everything you could need and even some nice extras (like snacks & drinks) we wanted for nothing and was nice just to leave our car and walk. Every morning and evening we sat on the deck and watched the deer feed and come so close that we were in just a few feet from them. Lots of baby deer that were curious and came very close. Thanks for sharing your home away from home with us, hope to return real soon!

My husband and I stayed here for our 1 year anniversary and it was perfect! The property was on South Main Street and we could walk to all the shops and restaurants around Main St. The condo was very clean and maintained. It felt like home and was very comfortable! The owners were very helpful and accomodating. We highly recommend this property and will come back!

What a wonderful place for a weekend getaway! Very comfortable and walking distance to downtown Eureka Springs. We enjoyed dining at the Casa Colina right across the street and the Pied Piper just a couple blocks away. The condo was clean, with wonderful bed linens and bath towels, and included everything we needed including wine glasses and a full sized coffee pot. It felt more like staying at a friends condo than a rental. Everything was exactly as promised, thank you so much GG!

This place is the best place we have found yet in ES. The nice personal touches in the room were a pleasant surprise to us. Almost like being in our own home. The decorations are lovely, beats the heck out of a cheap motel room. The location speaks for itself. It is fabo. Park your car and walk downtown ES the whole time your there. No parking fees and having to worry about finding a place to park most of all. Cant say enough about the view. Calm nice area to sit morn, aft, even, have morn coffee or drinks in the aft, or a night cap before bed. You will meet new friends each time you stay. We have. The deck is great for that. We are so happy we found this place. This is our new home in ES.
