Located in the founders neighborhood of Loreto Bay Resort, built in 2007, approx 1,500 square feet, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, 3 TV's, DVD,VCR, air conditioning, private patio & garden, washer/dryer. First floor master has king bed, second floor master has king bed, pull out sofa in living room. Comfortably sleeps 4 to 5. Both bathrooms have oversize soaker tubs, separate showers & double sinks. Oversize entertaining deck with outdoor cooking center looks across Loreto Bay's Paseo on the east, and Sierra de la Gigante mountain sunsets on the west. Professionally managed & equipped with towels, linens, hair dryers, soaps, shampoo and safes for valuables. Access to amenities of Loreto Bay Inn Resort at the end of the street: beach, palapas, snorkeling, kayak, fitness center, resort pool, pooslide bar, massage, restaurants. Shopping on the Paseo. Golf privileges. Visit the historic town of Loreto: fabulous restaurants, ice cream, shopping, sight-seeing, grocery, farmers market, banks, rental car, museums, some of the best sport fishing in the world. Airport is 10 minutes away from Loreto Bay Resort.

This is a very well located, reasonably private, unit. The pictures on the listing accurately reflect what it's like....very nice. The owner is responsive and the onsite property manager was quite helpful. The safes do not work, but after a week or so we decided that it wasn't an issue. The community has security and the people in the development are mostly Canadian and Americans. It feels very safe. There is a very large deck, but not much furniture on it. The unit could use some loungers and an outside dining table. Loreto Bay is definitely not a "beach scene" type warm weather getaway. The ocean water in Dec. - Feb. was not warm enough to swim/snorkel and rarely calm enough to boat. There is a very good golf course and we played almost everyday, despite strong winds on most days, for the two months we were there. Temperatures were in the 70's, chilly in the evenings. The unit does not have any heat, so be sure to take some warm clothes if you visit in the winter.Recommended for: Age 55+.
