Key Strategy is a three bedroom, two bathroom villa with quality furnishings and fittings throughout and is comfortably equipped for up to six guests. There is a queen sleep sofa that will accommodate two more guests, if required. It has every amenity our guests may require for a short or extended stay. The villa is beautifully decorated with two dining areas, a great room, and a sparkling kitchen. The king master has an en suite bathroom and the queen and twin bedrooms share a common bath. The king suite and great room have direct access to the pool. The great room and all bedrooms are equipped with cable TV and there is Wi-Fi high speed internet throughout.
The rear of the property has a lovely lanai and a beautiful caged 24 by 12 foot pool with optional gas heat.

My husband and I stayed at this very nice home from Easter Sunday until Saturday April 6. It was exactly as the pictures show. The Owner and Property Manager were wonderful to deal with. Very short ride to Disney and restaurants were a short ride as well. The weather wasn't the best but staying at a home like this made all the difference! If we go back to Orlando next year...will stay here.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

About the owner: We live in Valrico, FL (near Tampa) and spend a great deal of time in the Clermont area due to our two precious grand children residing there. We purchased an investment property in that area in 2011, then found this lovely property in Bridgewater Crossing, Davenport.
Why the Owner Chose Bridgewater Crossing:
We fell in love with this property when we found it while searching for another vacation property investment in the Disney World area. Our retirement plan includes real estate investment and vacation rental ownership, and we are quite thrilled with our two current properties. We also have an unfurnished long-term rental home in Venice, FL.
