  We had a wonderful few days in jack 's flat. It has been refurbished to a really high standard and has all the equipment you could want. It is very spacious, comfortable, clean, tastefully decorated and makes a very quiet retreat at the end of busy days in the city. My husband and I thought it was much more enjoyable staying there than the other much more cramped city centre apartments we had viewed. 10 mins walk to Granville Island and the ferries, very easy acces to and from airport, fantastic speedy bus service to all corners of Vancouver. Highly recommended!

  We loved staying in your beautifully decorated apartment/home! It was a tasteful blend of the old and the new and you provided every convenience we could want. We loved the neighborhood... so close to everything... a very nice home away from home! We'll surely return!

  The apartment was perfect - just as described on the Website. Spotlessly clean - very comfortable bed - lovely garden - well-equipped kitchen even though we did not have enough time to make much use of it. The location was perfect for our needs - just a 15-minute walk from our son's apartment - and we walked to Stanley Park. As we do not own a cell phone,it would have been useful to have a regular phone in the apartment to make local calls (public phones seem to be a thing of the past!). We are thankful that the owner accepted our three-day stay. We would not hesitate to go back there again next time and to recommend the place.

  We stayed for 3 nights. Jack met us on arrival and was available if needed. Suite had a full kitchen with plenty of cookware and dishes. Great location. Close to seawall for biking. Strong wifi. Would stay again.

  We stayed for 4 days on our way back from New Zealand. We found the property very comfortable and well equipped - a great place to relax after a long flight. The neighbourhood is very chic and quiet. We walked to most places, but it is also very convenient for the bus. The owner was very helpful. I would certainly stay again when I am in Vancouver.

  We stayed at Jacks and loved his place.Very romantic, stylish and contemporary. It had all the ammenities and if there was a request-it was met. The location was fantastic-movie theaters,restaurants,Granville Island all within walking distance. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

  Recommended for: Age 55+.

  My husband and my 2 children spent 5 nights in this lovely house, and we were very comfortable with our stay. This lovely little bungalow was not only immaculate but it exceded our expectations. It was cosy clean and very comfortable. As we were there in winter it had a fireplace and it was lovely and warm. Kitchen had all the necesseties needed while there. The property is in a great location access to many eateries, transport and the famous Granville Markets. Jack is a lovely friendly man that was very helpful to all our questions. We strongly recommend this lovely property and hopefully one day return there. Love it Love It.....

  We were planning our visit and looking for accommodation when we heard of VRBO. We loved the look of the property in the photos and fortunately it was available. Arranging the booking was very easy. We were greeted on arrival and made to feel welcome straightaway. We found everything we needed; the kitchen was fantastic and the back yard delightful. Unfortunately the weather didn't allow us to use the BBQ! It is very difficult to identify the best features but the location was absolutely perfect for our needs; close to the wonderful Vancouver bus routes and within walking distance of Granville Island, Kits beach and Downtown Vancouver. When we return, we wilkl definitely be checking to see if the place is available again!
