This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath high end unit. A FULL kitchen, all granite counter tops, beautiful cabinets with first class appliances. The living/dining area is furnished with a love seat, pull out sofa and reading chair, coffee table, end table and TV cabinet with DVD. Dining table with 4 chairs.
Master bedroom has a King bed, keyed safe, plenty of closet space and on suite bath. Second bedroom has two Twin beds with on suite bath.
All furniture, tableware and cookware is top quality. Central A/C, FREE WIFI, cable TV with USA channels, DVD, cell phone, full size washer & dryer, beach towels and all linens provided.
The private 1,200 sq. ft. roof-top terrace has a jacuzzi, lounge chairs, dining table and chairs, gas grill, a pergola for shade and offers outstanding bird's eye views of the Caribbean, mountains, the French side of the island as well as neighboring islands of Saba and Anguilla.
Onsite amenities include a beautiful pool over-looking the Caribbean Sea and staircase leading directly to the sand, FREE access to the fitness facility & tennis court, FREE access and use of the business center (computer, fax, printer), 24 hour security and garaged parking.

We just stayed a full week at the penthouse, myself, wife and child, and it was the best rental I've ever had. Bob was extremely helpful on the phone, and once in St M, Jackie is personal and friendly and couldn't do enough for us - even bought a brand-new beach umbrella for us to use and dropped it off. The cellphone with local calling credit was a real lifesaver at times too, and Jackie arranged it for us. The penthouse is simply stunning. The views are jawdropping, from the livingroom balcony and from the rooftop terrace. The complex is great - safe parking, a real gym (with free classes and everything!), good WiFi, two gorgeous pools and a bevy of wild iguanas who let you feed them lettuce and pet them (our 7-year old adored them!). The penthouse is ridiculously well equipped and furnished, with everything from Keurig coffeemakers and mega-fridge with icemaker, to every utensil you'd ever need and a beautiful breakfast-bar kitchen island. I l;oved having the (brand new) washer & dryer too, as doing laundry on vacation never feels like a chore like at home, and you arrive home with clean clothes! The private beach/cave is a must and if the surf gets a little too exciting, you can stroll down the beach a few feet to the larger beach. The location is great too - opposite the excellent low-key FIG restaurant. There's no convenience store in the neighbourhood though, so stock up at the market in Maho next to the roundabout by the airport. In short, a paradise and I am honestly planning my next vacation here again, for this year!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

I stayed for a week here and thought the accommodation perfect. The condo is beautifully laid out and elegantly furnished too, and the hot tub on the roof of the penthouse, when the sun is going down, so romantic! The kitchen is very well equipped and we slept so well in really comfy beds.. The views were to die for, took loads of photos, and met some really nice people enjoying their vacation too at Rainbow, as they enjoyed their 'sunset drink' by the pool overlooking the ocean. The locale is so convenient to the airport and yet not noisy with planes landing or taking off. The fun entertainment was close too, and the shops for browsing. Also, for you golfers, it's right there, very close by. I took many walks in total safety and loved the dining in the area, especially The Fig right across the road, and Bamboo Bernie's. All in all, a perfect vacation, thank you so much! I will certainly come again!Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Why the Owner Chose Cupecoy:
Location, location and location is why The Rainbow is so desirable. Very easy driving access to the French side as well as most of what is fun to do on the Dutch side. No traffic, great for morning walks or runs in you go early enough to beat the heat. So close to all kinds of nightlife but so nice & quiet when you come back from all of that fun stuff.
The quality of the unit is top notch. Our guests really feel like they have upgraded their life while they are here.
