Venice is a beautiful town and the condo is housed in a historic building, The KMI Building. There is a mall on the first floor, condos on second and third floor of a secured building. The grounds of the building offer a lovely garden area, ample parking, and an easy walk to eateries, shops , library, and the town theater. A wonderful place to relax and unwind, and a great secluded pool area.
The island of Venice is a wonderful area and the walk to the beach is relaxing and peaceful as you walk through the area of beautiful trees , oaks, banyans and palm trees. The walk to the beach is less than 1/2 mile and a short 3 minute drive. Venice is also a great place to ride a bike as the streets have sidewalk areas for your use .
The Island also hosts a Farmer's market each Saturday, which is directly across the street from the KMI Building and is rich in food items, vegetables, baked goods, and items from local vendors! Also across the street is a lovely park with live music.
Near U.S. #1 Beach (Siesta Keys) A short 15 minute drive. Also enjoy Venice Beach, Caspersen Beach and Park and our famous Venice Jetty! All offer a wonderful place to view the awesome Florida Sunsets. There is also nearby activity that includes boat rentals, chartered fishing, snorkeling and diving.

What a wonderful Christmas! Venice is a wonderful town and fantastic get away. The condo was cozy and just what I needed. Something to be said for the ambiance of a cute and cozy condo, with all the necessities. Have stayed at the big high rises in Daytona, New Smyrna and Fort Myers, and this was a breath of fresh air! Condo was sufficiently furnished and so many eateries and great take out, who cooks ?? on a vacation to the beach, but if you want everything is there. I highly recommend and this historic building and downstairs mall was great. Swimming pool is like a quiet oasis! If you are contemplating, by all means book your stay ! My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary and it was such a great place. Venice is beautiful from the beaches which were only a 2 min drive up the road to all the cool shops and restaurants within walking distance to the people that were all so friendly and nice. We used our car only a few times to travel the beach as there were areas on the south end that had a pier by Sharkey's and you could really see many dolphins swimming. Venice Beach which was straight up from the condo was very clean had a snack bar and lifeguard and then the north end Jeddy where you could watch the sun set and if you want a great restaurant on the water the Crow’s Nest. The entire beach is no more then 5 -10 min drive to either end and the water is beautiful. There were so many restaurants, bars, pubs , bistros all within a few blocks of the condo and some of them with live entertainment outside. A very safe place and the condo was great had everything we needed as we like to cook breakfast. It was fully furnished , clean and plenty of room we could have easily brought our children. It was a great location located in the mall an across from the park and many shops and has a nice big swimming pool. I would love to go back and would highly recommend it to anyone. My husband and I have stayed at this condo twice and we would go back every weekend if we lived a little closer by. It is the perfect amount of space for us and comes with everything we could need for a nice, quiet, peaceful vacation. Venice is definitely the best kept secret of the Gulf Coast. We simply love the town and all it has to offer. You have the beach, shops, sunsets on the jetty, wonderful local restaurants and so much more. The condo was in perfect condition, clean and provided everything we needed. I would suggest this condo to anyone and everyone a million times over and we plan on visiting this condo and the awesome town of Venice many many more times.
