This custom home features 3 bedrooms each with private full baths plus a powder room for visitors. Upon entering the home you will have sweeping views of the Caribbean and open floor plan for entertaining. The kitchen is fully furnished to include granite countertop, stainless appliances and everything you need to enjoy dining in on your vacation. The dining area seats 6 at the table and additional 2 bar chairs at the counter. The Oceanfront master suite is privately located on the left wing of the house and includes a King size Plantation bed and Master Bath with walk in shower. The right wing of the house includes 2 bedrooms one of which is Oceanfront to include a King size bed and private bath. The third bedroom features a standard size bed and private bathroom. The outside terrace overlooks the Iron Shore and Ocean and the breezes on this side of the Island are wonderful for outside enjoyment.

My husband and I were fortunate to stumble upon this amazing waterfront home...it had everything we wanted and more! The views are of the Caribbean are visible from every room in this Mediterranean style home. We enjoyed cooking fresh seafood in the gourmet kitchen while enjoying the breezes from the ocean. This was by far the best vacation we have ever taken and look forward to coming back the following year!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

About the owner: Originally from Charleston, South Carolina, Roatan Island has been a vacation destination for my family since 2002. I built a small vacation home on Roatan and came frequently to the Island and decided in 2007 to build a more permanent home on Roatan. This is the home that I now offer for your enjoyment.
Why the Owner Chose West Bay Beach:
West Bay Beach with the beautiful white sand is one of the most highly photographed beaches in the Caribbean and one of the reasons I choose to build in this location. Keyhole Bay is located on the Southside of the Island so the Southwesterly breezes are amazing and the walk to West Bay Beach is only about 3 minutes away. Keyhole Bay neighborhood offers an incredible owners pool located in the Keyhole opening to the Sea and we have a private beach right here on property for your enjoyment.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
My home is like no other on this Island. It is basically a U-Shaped house with huge windows for views of the Ocean, 12-18 foot ceilings with custom frescos in the ceilings, beautiful furnishings and convenient to all activities, shopping and dining venues.
