Come stay in Unit #321 at the St. Martin Beachwalk Villas and enjoy Destin to its fullest. This family friendly condo is conveniently located on the beachside of Hwy 98 and has a private walkway to the beach. The condo is 3 bedrooms/2 baths and sleeps up to 6 people in its 2 queen and 2 twin sized beds. It also has a washer/dryer in the unit and internet is available for an additional fee through Miracle Strip wireless.
This Destin condo is fully furnished with 2 TVs and a DVD player. The condo has an open floor plan with tile floors in the living room and kitchen. It also has a porch that overlooks the community areas.
The community has its own pool, grilling area and clubhouse that are able to be enjoyed by its occupants. It is also located directly across the street from Big Kahunas Water Park and is easily accessible to restaurants and to the Track.
This condo is on the second floor of the building and is not wheelchair accessible. There is no smoking or pets allowed in this unit and there is a two car limit.

The listing was accurate regarding location. Photos were very accurate. Property was pretty clean and due to HOA improvements, under construction at the time we were there. BUT, the improvements will only add to the experience next year. Owner was very helpful and communication was easy. There were only a few items that need some TLC to make our experience an excellent one vs. the good rating I gave. Sliding door to balcony stuck and was a constant hindrance as we hung out on the balcony a lot. There were a few windows that did not have screens so opening them to get some fresh spring beach air was not the best. Since we stayed during Spring Break, bugs were not in full force. The condo was an excellent value and Jonathon was a great hands-on owner. Short walk to the beach was perfectly described and walking distance to other attractions/shopping/dining also very accurate. Perfect family place. We will definitely contact Jonathan for availability next year. KUDOS to St Martin Beachwalk Villas!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car.

I was leaving for the beach Friday and it was the Monday before and I still had not found a place. The renters at NWF realty and management were great at assisting me with all the details a nice clean peaceful place to stay and a great rate. I would recommend them too anyone that is coming to stay in this area. I am already planning my second trip down hopefully to stay at the same place this summer. I have never been so relaxed and pleased with a rental. If I had the finances I would stay here all summer!! Thanks vrbo for helping me feel safe about renting online and the NWF management team for being exactly what we needed!!! We will be backRecommended for: Girls getaway.
