A complete remodel of this home was accomplished in 2010. Everything remains fresh and new. The home has ocean and mountain views and is just a few blocks to public beach access. There are two covered decks on the ocean side of the home, one with the propane BBQ. This is a reverse floor plan with the kitchen and living area on the second floor, which open to the large deck.

The penthouse master suite with a large parlor is on the third floor with a slider door to the large covered deck. The second level has an open floor plan and includes the living room, kitchen and dining area with another slider door to the deck. Three gas fireplaces are placed throughout, with one on each floor. Cable TV, VCR/DVD players and a stereo offer indoor entertainment.

There is one bedroom on the lower level, two bedrooms on the second floor and the master suite on the upper floor. There are three full baths - one on each floor - plenty for a maximum of nine guests. The fully appointed kitchen includes commercial appliances and the appropriate cookware, dishes, and dishwasher. Close to the South end of town, restaurants, the grocery store, golf course, and the famous Seaside Promenade, this home offers great convenience, as well as space and luxury.

You are only two blocks from the S side of the Promenade and a sandy beach known for razor clamming, sandcastle building, and kite flying. Stroll along the historic Promenade all the way to the roundabout and continue to downtown where you'll find indoor miniture golf, bumper cars, tiltawhirl and the Funcenter Arcade for the kids.

Explore the Seaside bridges over the Necanicum river, which offers good crabbing and steel head fishing. You are right on the public golf course, surfing at "The Cove", and hiking along the Tillamook trail from which there are excellent views of the historic Seaside lighthouse.
