This is a beachfront 2 bedroom 2 bath beautifully equipped second floor corner condo with a spectacular view and privacy. Our apartment overlooks the Club pool, the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. You can see it all. The master bedroom has King-sized bed, the 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed. A Queen sofa bed is in the living room. There is an HDTV & DVD player in the living room and an HDTV in the master bedroom. WIFI is in every room. Our dining table seats six and makes entertaining easy. There is covered reserved parking. The Island Trolley runs the length of the island and stop in front of the Club.
The Club has the best location on the beach. It is one mile South of the pier, the Times Square area and the high bridge on to the island. It's close enough to walk to these areas, but far enough from the crowds to be quiet. The Beach Library is two blocks South and loans DVDs and CDs as well as books. The Bay Oaks Park and recreation area is diagonally across the street and has a great kiddie-pool and an adult lap pool with a spiral slide. The Park also has baseball diamonds, tennis courts and a gym. There is also a picnic area. Topps grocery is right across the street and Publix Supermarket is about 1 mile South.

A must-see for new visitors would be the Winter homes of Thomas Edison and Henry Ford. They were friends and next door neighbors in Fort Myers. Edison's lab is there and a museum. Also the Boston Red Sox and the Minnesota Twins hold Spring training in nearby Fort Myers.

About the owner: My wife Doris and I are retired university professors and live in Tallahassee in North Florida. We purchased our apartment so we could vacation and visit my parents in Fort Myers at the same time. So, our three sons grew up vacationing at the Estero Beach Club. They are all grown now and the Club is our favorite place for reunions and just relaxing. It's also a favorite place for my grandchildren.
Why the Owner Chose Estero Beach Club: Before we purchased our apartment we stayed at a nearby motel, as did my parents. One day mother and I were walking on the beach and as we walked by the Club she remarked that the second floor corner apartment would be perfect for our family. Some months later the apartment was for sale and we bought it. Mother was right - it has been the perfect vacation spot for us, our children and grandchildren. It remains our favorite place to visit.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo: The Estero Beach Club has the best location on the beach. We are walking distance to the pier and Times Square area, but far enough from the crowds to have quiet surroundings. Topps grocery is right across the street as is the Bay Oaks Park (great kiddie pool for my granddaughters). From our apartment we can see everything going on at the Club pool and the beach. It's very relaxing. Most of our windows have hurricane glass and that makes our apartment very quiet.
