A quaint cottage on a half acre, this home offers peace and quiet within Salida town limits. Two bedrooms appointed with comfortable linens, a fully stocked kitchen, and Colorado mountain charm. Sunlight streams in every window-this is not a fancy place but a very inviting comfortable cottage. Summertime gardens surround this home. Located just a five min walk from The Salida Hot Spring Pool (newly reburished indoor soaking pools!) and only 15 blocks from downtown. Monarch Ski Area is just up the hill twenty five minutes away!
*We are a green home striving for a low-carbon footprint with recycling and no pesticide use on the lawn or gardens-and we are sensitive to the chemicals around us. We only use non-scented laundry detergent and organic cleaning products!

This is a special cottage that has been lovingly handed down for generations. It was once the old farmhouse to an apple orchard on the south side of town.
