This is a 4 bedroom 3.5 bath 3-story private house that sleeps 11 people. There are two balconies that face in the direction of Sail Bay. One of the balconies has a gas BBQ on it that makes it very accessable to the kitchen.
We have a carport that will hold 3 medium size vehicles and an enclosed single-car garage for your use (total parking 4 vehicles). Inside the garage we have bicycles, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella stroller and various beach toys for your use.
Our front and back yards are completely fenced. The front yard has a patio table and chairs. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer too!
We have beds for 11 people:
The second floor bedroom has a Queen size bed
The master bedroom (3rd floor) has a Queen size bed
The middle bedroom (3rd floor) has a Queen size bed and a twin size bed.
The end bedroom (3rd floor) has a Queen size bed and a full size futon
In addition to this, we have 2 pack 'n plays.
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, serving dishes, glasses, a variety of pots & pans, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, can opener. Just about everything you could need.
We are located on the Sail Bay side of Mission Blvd., about 40 steps to the sand on the bay. Just a couple of blocks to the Ocean side. We are very close to Santa Clara Point which offers rentals of sail boats, kayaks, catamarans, etc. We are very close to restaurants, pubs, beach rentals and shops.

Owner info
About the owner: We have owned this property for about 20 years. We keep it very well maintained. In the winter months, we lease the house to college students. We live in Arizona and have two grown children and five grandchildren. We love coming to this house and fixing it up for our summer vacation renters.
Why the Owner Chose Mission Bay:
We take much pride in our property and have many summer vacationers who have been returning to this house between 15 and 20 years! It is a great house for extended families to get together.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We have a 'peek-a-boo' view of the Ocean from the third floor. You can see Sail Bay from the second and third floors. You can also see the fireworks from Sea World from the master bedroom. If you walk (about 40 steps) to the Bay, you can sit on a bench and watch them too! We like this Bay side area because it is much quieter than the ocean side. Easy to get to the sand and water with 'little-ones'. Best of all we have PARKING!!!
