This is an updated gulf side condo, there is nothing between you and the beach. Officially this is a single bedroom lower level condo however it sleeps four to five with a divided 2nd bedroom and a sleeper sofa. Open the downstairs locker grab a provided boogie boards and you can be on a private beach in less than a minute. Our condos are privately owed but include an on-site manager to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Access to the bay is also available with boat docks on a first come basis. A heated pool and bbq areas overlook lemon bay. New king size bed in the master bedroom. Large flat screen tv's in living and master bedroom. Wireless internet is always on. Telephone includes local and domestic long distance.

Please watch the video located at the top of the pictures. The video has not been updated to reflect the new kitchen and baths installed Nov 2012 but it will give you a good look in the condo and the outside amenities including the beach.
