This is a recently updated gulf side condo, there is nothing between you and the beach. Officially this is a single bedroom lower level condo however it sleeps four to five with a divided 2nd bedroom and a sleeper sofa. Open the downstairs locker grab a provided sun tent, boogie boards and you can be on a private beach in less than a minute. Our condos are privately owed but include an on-site manager to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Access to the bay is also available with boat docks on a first come basis. A heated pool and bbq areas overlook lemon bay. New king size bed in the master bedroom. Large flat screen tv's in living and master bedroom. Wireless internet is always on. Telephone includes local and domestic long distance.
Please watch the video located at the top of the pictures. The video has not been updated to reflect the new kitchen and baths installed Nov 2012 but it will give you a good look in the condo and the outside amenities including the beach.
If you need more than one condo please let me know as multiple units in this complex are usually available from other owners.

The Christmas vacation was wonderful. The listing, photos where accurate. The unit was great, newly remodeled and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The ability to be so close to the beach (just steps) was awesome. Owner even has beach chairs for use. The beach was great for walking and exploring for sharks teeth, sea shells, etc. We unfortunately where there during a red tide event which caused hundreds of dead fish to wash ashore. Owner can not control this, however it took the various management folks(all along the beach) several days to clean up the fish. The activities around the area are numerous and the restaurants are wonderful. The location is also great base to conduct other sightseeing events. We would recommend this place to friends / family and would stay there again. The owner was a delight to work with and made the process smooth and easy.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

My wife and I wanted to enjoy a week at the natural hot springs, but there are no decent hotels in the area. We found this rental, situated between Lemon bay and the gulf, and the accomodations were first class. Great bed and furniture, flat screen tv, fifty yards to the beach -- a great deal. About the owner: Our family purchased the condominium in July of 2012. We have another condo in Punta Gorda and love Southwest FL. We have been looking for a place on the beach when we found this unit. Our family enjoys vacationing in SW FL because there is so much to do and you don't have to do anything to enjoy it.

You won't find a better value with a location like this. A very short walk will put you right on the beach. Everything you need to have a great trip is here. Many restaurants are within a 10 minute walk. A beach canopy and ice chest are provided in the storage closet along with boogie boards. Great place to search for shark teeth and shells. A covered parking spot will keep you vehicle cool and protected. The pool is heated and has a beautiful view of the bay.
