A beautiful recently updated home in a quiet neighborhood close to all that Austin has to offer. 12 minutes to Downtown and the restaurants on 6th Street, the Capital, Convention Center and UT. 20 miles to new Circuit of Americas Formula One racetrack.
Previous executive rental home for F1 and SXSW. The home boasts 4 Bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms, and 2.5 bathrooms with an open floor plan, a large deck out back, and covered front porch.
The home has a flat screen TV in the living room (42 inch) and master bedroom. DISH TV and high speed Wi-Fi is included. The kitchen features all appliances including gas stove. The home has central heat and air. Maid service will be provided before and after the rental and can be arranged mid-week for an extra charge. Full size Washer and Dryer. Hardwood floors, formal dining room with seating for 8 in addition to kitchen dining space for 8+ (3 more at bar).
The bedrooms include: Master with king bed and new linens, 2nd bedroom with a 2 twin beds, 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds and a 4th bedroom with a twin. The home sleeps 7 comfortably, and can accommodate up to 9 total (with 2 on sleeper sofa).
Absolutely no smoking and no pets are allowed in this clean home. You will have full access to the house, excluding one of the master bedroom closets, a hallway closet upstairs, kitchen pantry, and the garage.
Parking is plentiful (4 cars (stacked) in the driveway and free street parking). The neighborhood has 2 pools (open seasonally) and tennis courts, which are available for your use if requested. Extensive shopping is within 3-5 miles including casual and fine dining. Liquor store and convenience stores are located within 2 miles. Target and grocery stores are located close by. Stocked kitchen can be arranged prior to arrival upon request.
There is a $125 cleaning fee, and a $1,000 refundable security deposit, as well as Occupancy Tax. The rental will be confirmed when a 50% non-refundable deposit (of total of all charges) is received. Full payment is due 30 days prior to the rental and is non-refundable at that point.

About: We moved to Austin in 1993 after both my wife and I grew up in West Texas (Lubbock and Amarillo). We think Austin is the greatest city in America. Since we have owned the home we have done extensive painting inside and outside, refurbished hardwood floors, and remodeled the kitchen in 2011. We replaced all of the carpet and installed wood on the stairs in 2013.
