This tastefully decorated two-bedroom villa overlooks a lake and the sixth fairway of the beautiful Waterlefe Golf and River Club. This WCI community boasts an eighteen-hole Ted McAnlis-designed championship golf course with five sets of tees to challenge golfers of all abilities.
Your stay will include membership in the River Club, which features fine and casual dining (with weekly buffets), a 24 hour fitness center, outdoor pool and cabana bar, and The Pointe family gathering area, all overlooking the tranquil Manatee River. The Club also has a 59 dock marina, boat lift and a freshwater fishing pier. Three nature trails offer a wonderful opportunity to explore the native vegetation and wildlife.
This very private villa is fully furnished with everything you will need for your home away from home. The great room has a 37” HDTV with a combination VCR/DVD and DVR. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and 27” cable TV. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and a 20' TV. The den has an office area and a fold-out sofa. Sliders from the great room open to the 26' x 10' screened lanai overlooking the lake, golf course, wildlife, and beautiful sunsets.

As a first time vacation home renter I must admit I was hesitant about staying in someone else's home. But, I have to say that my personal experience in renting this property was nothing short of WONDERFUL! The villa was even more beautiful than the description and posted photos. I enjoyed all the amenities of Waterlefe including the club house and Jr Olympic pool and would consider moving to this neigborhood in the future. The owner was very helpful in answering my questions and went out of the way to make my stay enjoyable. A few out of town guests stayed wiht me for the weekend and they too were impressed and would consider renting this villa as well. You cannot go wrong staying at this villa!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 month stay at this villa. The condo was squeaky clean and was nicely furnished with comfortable furniture, quality linens, and a well equipped kitchen. Waterlefe is a very nice neighborhood. The neighbors were very friendly, and we loved the golf course. The owners were extremly good to work with.Recommended for: Age 55+.
