Large 100+ year old home on 6 private acres with beautiful mountain views! Located up on a hill at the end of the road, just minutes from the village of Naples, Canandaigua Lake and Bristol Mountain Ski Resort! The home has been completely updated with all the modern conveniences but still maintains its old world charm. Large country kitchen equipped with everything you'll need to prepare your meals. Keurig coffee maker and coffee, dishwasher and gas barbeque on the deck.
There are four bedrooms upstairs and a full bathroom with clawfoot tub. Downstairs has a full bathroom with shower/tub and a den with pull out couch, eat-in kitchen, separate dining room, living room with 40' flat screen tv with satellite tv. Home also has wifi!
Wonderful front porch with white wicker furniture to sit, relax and enjoy the view, also a back deck is nice for evening barbeques with friends and family. Friendly dogs are welcome too!
So many things to do and see here in the Naples area. Winery touring and tastings, boating, kayaking, golf, skiing, antiquing or just relaxing in one of the most beautiful areas in the state! Enjoy live theater at the Bristol Valley Theater right on Main St in Naples featuring actors and musicians from NYC. The annual Grape Festival takes place here every September to celebrate the areas grape harvest, talented artistans, wine makers, local music and cuisine and of course Grape Pie! Naples is known as the 'Grape Pie Capital of the World' where the very wonderful and delicious grape pie was invented! There are many local pie makers in town baking all types of pies--year round--so nice to just stop by one of these road side stands and homes and pick up a fresh baked home made pie---Where else can you do that? I love it and know you will too!

Our extended family of 8 enjoyed a wonderful long weekend at the Grape Escape. Our host gave us a warm welcome at the house (even though we arrived later than expected) and left us a bottle of local wine, a tasty quiche and cranberry bread from a local bakery....a very nice touch! The house was charming and well-equipped with all the comforts of home - not fancy, but clean, and just as shown in the photos. We enjoyed a day of skiing at nearby Bristol Mtn and a day of winery touring. The weather was cold and sunny, and we even spotted deer on the back lawn which added to the quiet, country atmosphere. Thanks for providing a reasonably priced vacation home for our family get-together!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners, age 55+.

Great house! Really comfy beds. Clean and amazingly well stocked! Just 10 miles from Bristol Mountain it was the perfect fit for our large crew and a long weekend of skiing. Have read in past reviews, lack of cookware. I believe the owners went out and bought a bunch of new Paula Deen Cookware because we had more than enough! Friendly and accommodating, a great place to stay!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners.

Stayed here for a family get-together with my siblings and all of our kids. The area of Naples and the land on the property was beautiful, particularly with the fall colors. The house was spacious enough for our needs. We loved the character of the older home. Our only trouble was finding adequate cooking and serving ware - could have used more dishes and things like mixing bowls. But we got along just fine.Recommended for: Families with young children, girls getaway.

Very private and beautiful setting. We enjoyed going into town, the wineries, and the 6 acres of land for the dogs to run around. Upon arrival there was a bottle of wine, grape bread, and all the amenities that one could need. We will be going in the future.Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

About the owner: I grew up in upstate NY and wanted a home in the Naples area for when I visit my many family members, luckily my husband, a native Californian fell in love with the Finger Lakes area as well as my family!
Why the Owner Chose Naples:
When we saw this house up for sale we knew it was the perfect home in the perfect location. We love it here but since we cannot be in Naples full time have decided to share it with others and hope they enjoy it as much as we do!
The Unique Benefits at this House:
This home was built in 1906 by the owner of one of the areas largest vineyards and winery estates. The home was for the winemakers and visitors to his winery from Europe to stay in while in Naples, chosen for its proximity to the town and winery as well as the spectacular vistas it offers! There are vines all over the property crawling up the trees as well as a small vineyard on the hillside!
