Our condo is a 1900-square-foot, penthouse, end unit with wonderful views from every window. You are able to see the ski mountain, the river, and also the meadows. It is very quiet and private. It includes a large great room with fireplace and adjoining atrium with plenty of room to sit around and relax in the evenings. We have a large dining area with wet bar, well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, each with a private bath, and a comfortable sleeper sofa in the great room.
There is an elevator in the building. Our pool building is conveniently located and includes an indoor pool, sauna, and jacuzzi.
Although we overlook the Keystone ski slopes, there is a tram that stops in front of the building every 30 minutes to take skiers to the base area. We are in easy walking distance of the restaurants, shops, and ice skating in winter or boating in summer on Keystone Lake.
It is a great place for a family and also for three couples who each have complete privacy. We have high-speed Internet access.

We are located on the end of the top floor of the Decatur Building, and we have wonderful views from large windows on three sides. We also have an atrium with windows on the ceiling. Our great room is very large with a wonderful fireplace. We are located on the East side of Keystone Lake which has world famous ice skating in the wintertime and paddle boats and kayaking in the summer.

I have stayed in this particular condo several times since the owners began renting it over ten years ago. My last visit was mid-April 2011 after a long drive from New Hampshire. Each visit is, simply put, a relaxing delight. Checking-in has always been smooth and easy. The staff is kind, friendly, available and helpful. Bonnie, the owner, goes out of her way to make certain each individuals stay meets their particular needs and that her condo is in pristine condition for every visit. This is too say the condo, each room, is perfectly clean, bed are comfortable, linens are clean, pillows are plump, dishes are washed and put away and the firewood is fully stocked. All I've ever had to do is come in, relax my body and mind, and enjoy my visit. This condo is right in Keystone Village, sits at the base of the Keystone mountains, has 360 views of the natural beauty, allows access to a pool and whirlpool and the spa facilities are some of the best I've enjoyed, specifically the massages. Staying here puts you walking distance to hikes and ski areas, not to mention being driving distance to Loveland Pass, A-Basin, Dillon and Breckenridge. Truly, I could go on and on, but I will simply close by saying each stay here, of which I have had many, has been a healthy one and very special to me and my family. Excellent stay. The unit was clean, comfortable and spacious. Even though we were there at what would be considered a quieter time of year for the resort, we had plenty to do, and plenty of time to relax. I highly recommend staying here.

Needs new pillows on the beds, cushions on the couch, coffee maker, weather stripping on sliding glass door, etc. Enjoyed fireplace/firewood, kitchen, view, firm beds, TV/cable.
Owner response:I appreciate the suggestions. Keystone cleans our unit and supplies things tike the coffee maker and the pillows. I will contact them. However, there are many additional pillows in each bedroom, and they vary in firmness. The couch is fairly new, so I assume that the reviewer is referring to the cushions on the built -in day bed. I also agree that the weather stripping needs to be replaced, and our home owners association is dealing with that problem.

Once again, your condo was the perfect place for our winter vacation. The views from every window are incredible. We like the spaciousness and quiet as well as the wonderful fireplace. Also, everything is always sparkling clean when we arrive!
