  We loved our 2 1/2 week stay in this lovely, clean and well-maintained home!! The living space is bright and comfortable with a wonderful fireplace and awesome TV. The home has a well-equipped kitchen and large dining room so we enjoyed cooking and entertaining. The master bedroom included a large closet and 2 large dressers. It was great to have our own washer and dryer. We used the 2nd bedroom and pullout couch when our daughter and 3 grandsons came to visit us. The owner was very helpful and offered toys, children's books, and a pack 'n play for their visit. She made sure that we were comfortable and enjoying our stay during our 17 day visit. The location is excellent - within walking distance to Fillmore, grocery stores, Alta Plaza park, many great restaurants and shops. We HIGHLY recommend this wonderful home and owner for your visit to San Francisco.

  This flat is just terrific. Spacious living areas and delightful gas fireplace. Top-notch appliances and great water pressure in shower. Small touches such as condiments and 1/2 stick of butter in fridge evidence the owner's exceptional service. Neighborhood is residential but with cute shops and restaurants within walking distance. Owner is easily accessible and available if questions arise, but the care taken to provide written instructions made that unnecessary. Just a lovely location with beautiful amenities that far exceeds the limited space available at area hotels.

  I stayed at the apartment with my kids (teenagers and young adults) for almost 2 weeks in August/September. We could not have found a better place to stay. The listing description was absolutely accurate, the house is actually as beautiful as the pictures. It is located in a good, quiet neighborhood, where we felt safe at all times. The beds were incredibly comfortable... The owner who lives upstairs was always very nice and helpful. Most of the time we did not have a car, and this was no problem, because public transportation was readily available, easy and convenient (and sometimes crowded). I would definitely recommend this property.

  Spent just over 1 week in this BEAUTIFUL 2-bedroom apartment in Pacific Heights - a great neighborhood in San Francisco. The apartment is immaculate! Stunning furnishings, hardwood floors, high ceilings, filled with charm and warmth. Phenomenal kitchen with top of the line appliances. Wonderful living room with impressive entertainment center. I will stay here again next time I visit San Fran. The accommodations made for a very special vacation - one to remember!

  We stayed for the weekend at this beautiful house when we went up north for a wedding. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Walking distance to grocery stores, great restaurants and shopping. The house had brand new appliances and flat screen TV. The 3D capable TV was awesome too!! All-in-all, the 4 of us who stayed there enjoyed our stay at a gorgeous place and would definitely be back instead of booking an expensive hotel in the bustling part of town.

  It was our first time to stay at a vacation home and it was a great experience! The neighborhood was dotted with houses reminiscent of "Full House" and it was safe to walk around, even at night. It is only 1-3 blocks from the nearest bus stop (including Bus 38 in Geary which runs for 24 hours and takes you straight to downtown). There are a variety of restaurants to choose from including Chinese, Thai, Japanese, and Cafes. The apartment looked exactly as it was in the pictures. It was clean and well-maintained. The owners are very helpful if you have any queries. The place is great for a big family. Totally beats the price of a simple room in a hotel downtown. We would definitely come back to stay here if we are in town again.

  We loved staying here. It is within two blocks of several bus lines, making it very easy to get to all of the tourist spots. The flat was quiet, and bigger than we expected. And the beds were way more comfy than any hotel! The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed, including a wine bottle opener--a must have after a day in wine country. This is definitely a home-away-from-home, and it will be our first choice for our next trip to San Francisco.

  This charming, newly renovated, affordable flat lives up to the description regarding this listing, as indicated by my 5-star rating. The photos truly reflect the appearance and amenities provided by the Robinson family, which was readily available for answering questions concerning the rental and for recommending activities to enhance my visit to The City. With a bus line just out the front door, I highly recomend public transportation versus renting a car. Many activities can be reached on foot....good exercise...no parking problems. I will certainly tell fellow art lovers/shoppers/friends of this property and will definately rebook when I take a few days respite from Sacramento "hot summer days!"or for attendance at a play or other live-entertainment.
