We stayed 2 weeks at this condo and everything was perfect for us! The owner and the management were helpful in answering a few questions we had after we got there. We enjoyed sitting on the patio every morning, drinking our coffee, soaking up the sunshine, and watching the fishing boats go by and looking for whales playing in the ocean. We would definetly recommend this property to anyone that is looking for a relaxing vacation for a few days or a few weeks! My husband and I just rented 10 days from the owner of this unit. It was exactly as described and was situated so that you could view the ocean and one of the pools. The main pool, which is heated, does have a swim-up bar and a menu. They serve from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. It is "the pool" where everyone wants to be because it is heated and centrally located. We used the second pool more because it was not as active. We did swim in it even though we considered it to be "refreshing". The maid service at this unit is optional and you do pay for it if you need it. We used the washer/dryer within the unit and also the stove for most of our cooking. The unit is fully equipped with a microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, salt, pepper, etc.. We shopped at Soriano's (about 5 miles out of Cabo heading towards Todos Santos) as we found it much cleaner and nicer than the Walmart! The beach is just steps away from Terrasol. DO NOT go close to the waves. Walking into town is very safe and security is around Terrasol and town. The owner of this unit was very kind, honest and helpful. We are hoping next year to be renting this unit again. This unit is on the second floor with a staircase so if that is an issue, you might need to rethink renting it. Whale watching from the unit was unbelievable. We brought our own binoculars which I would highly recommend. Don't pass up renting this unit!Recommended for: Age 55+.
