Located in a quite area where you’ll enjoy a safe, children friendly destination with a flat grassy yard, calm water, easy shoreline access, for a stress free vacation.

HOME FEATURES:
MAIN LEVEL FEATURES: This very practical floor plan combines the family room and gourmet kitchen into a very functional open space, perfect for food, fun, and fellowship. Fully furnished gourmet kitchen comes complete with pots/pans, eating utensils, linens etc, hardwood maple cabinetry, tile floor, granite counter tops, large center island with raised dining bar and seating for 4, also full size table with seating for 6. Enjoy the 12 foot vaulted ceilings in the family room and see a fabulous 4 mile view of water through floor-to-ceiling windows. Get comfortable around the large stone wood burning fireplace in the leather furniture and use the queen sofa sleeper for sleeping additional guests. Spacious MASTER SUITE BEDROOM #1 has a queen-size bed, large walk-in closet, adjoining private bath, double sinks, shower, TV and sliding glass door that opens on to a large deck-the perfect place for coffee and an early morning sunrise over the lake! Also located on this level is a l/2 bath, utility with full size washer/dryer, large deck furnished with gas Weber BBQ grill, patio furniture and 2 car garage.

WALK-OUT LEVEL FEATURES: Sliding glass door with lots of glass opens up the large family room with a panoramic view of the lake. A great entertainment area with many comfortable chairs, leather sofa queen sleeper, refrigerator, wet bar, large flat screen TV, cable, surround sound and DVD-CD player. Open the sliding glass door to the outside deck and you are 50 feet from the water. BEDROOM #2 has queen-size bed, large walk-in closet and adjoining shared full bathroom with double sinks and shower. BEDROOM #3 has full-size bunk bed with twin above, twin bunk beds, single twin bed, large walk-in closet and shared full bathroom with double sinks and shower. There is an additional queen-size bed in the utility area that can be used for sleeping. All beds and baths are complete with linens, towels, soap, shampoo and cream rinse.

OUDOOR FEATURES:
LARGE PRIVATE DOCK: Take an easy 50 foot walk to the dock without stairs. Park your boat in a 12-foot by 32-foot covered boat slip. Relax on the large activity deck perfect for fishing, sunning, swimming, complete with running water, water slide, and swim ladder to help you get in and out of the water easily.

CALM WATER: You won’t fight the rough water created by big boats, or need a big boat to safely have fun doing all your water activities. Safely play in the water from the dock without danger! Located in Mill Creek Cove, one of the calmest coves on the lake.

FLAT YARD: Enjoy the well maintained grassy lawn and the level yard. A great place for family fun and activities, with easy and gentle access to the water.

EASY SHORELINE ACCESS: Enter the water from a very gentle shoreline without a drop off. The water depth is gradual as you move away from the shore, perfect for fishing, wading or a water volleyball game!
FIRE PIT: Knock off the evening chill around a campfire. Enjoy the large outdoor wood burning fire pit by waters edge, stocked with lots of fire wood for plenty of memories of hot dogs, marshmallows, smores, and fireside stories!

  • VERY nice place. It was actually BETTER than we had anticipated. The view was perfect. We were leery of the water location, but home sits in a nice cove. It was cool and damp during our stay, but the house and fire pit at night made it perfect. We will definitely be back! Wonderful place on the lake!

The secure area on the dock was perfect for storing my fishing equipment so I didn’t have to keep hauling it back up to the house each time.   • We just this moment got back from your home at the Lake. What a wonderful experience. We take our daughter (and a few friends) to the Lake on her birthday each year. We have stayed at several homes, each was found via the internet. Your home is truthfully represented and is as beautiful as the pictures (if not more). Everything we needed was there. I will absolutely be revisiting. The set-up of the home was lovely. We enjoyed not having a television in the living room, but the big screen in the family room downstairs was great. We were able to sit and enjoy each other's company without competiting with the television, while enjoying the beautiful lake view. Very quiet and peaceful!
