Beautifully furnished condo on the 9th hole of a spectacular golf course. The landscaping throughout the community is breathtaking and the location is convenient for all southwest Florida has to offer. We are 20 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from the SW Florida International Airport and within 10 minutes of multiple shopping areas and a wide variety of restaurants. Shopping in the area includes the Miromar Outlet Mall just across Ben Hill Griffin Parkway, Gulf Coast Center, a newer complex with multiple theatres, Target, Best Buy, Bass Pros, Costco etc along with numerous restaurants is a 5 minute drive away and Coconut Point with every store imaginable and wonderful upscale and casual outdoor and indoor eating options.
The condo is beautifully furnished and has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths as well as a den with a sofa sleeper to comforably sleep 6. Master bedroom includes a king size bed, large walk-in closet, and 2 vanity areas and large shower. There is a bay window to enjoy the golf course views and door access to the lanai. The second bedroom and bath are on the opposite side so easy to close off from the rest of the living areas. There is a dining room and also a smaller eating area in the kitchen and a raised counter with stools. Unit is on the end so there are windows to the outside from the living room and on the first floor so no stairs. There are TV's in the living room, both bedrooms and the kitchen and basic cable is included. Internet is available at the clubhouse and can be added for an additional fee. Unit is turnkey ready with linens, small kitchen appliances etc. Washer and dryer in laundry area near garage entrance. Single garage is attched with extra parking available in driveway and designated areas.
We have invested in the full golf membership which allows you to enjoy full golf priviledges including advanced tee times, five tennis courts, an olympic swimming pool, and the lovely clubhouse with two restaurants, a workout room, upscale locker rooms, a computer room and bar/food service at the pool. This is not a 'bundled' golf community so equity memberships are limited and you won't fight the crowds or frequency limitations at many of the other area courses. There is also a smaller, quieter Sabal Palm neighborhood pool. We encourage you to check out the Grandezza website to get course information and preview all the amenities.

About the owner: We live in North Dakota and would love to be able to be enjoying warm winters in Florida ourselves - unfortunately that is several years away.
Why the Owner Chose Grandezza:
We started out looking in the Naples area but were immediately stuck by the beautiful landscaping of the Grandezza community and the floorplan of these units that didn't feel like the typical 'box' style of many of the units we looked. The Tommy Bahama style furnishing made us feel like we were on a seaside vacation.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The close proximity to the airport is a big advantage and Estero is a community that seems to be the hot spot for new development.
