This condominium is in Pelican's Landing, with an ocean side view on the first floor. The building is equipped with an elevator, as there is a parking garage below the units. The Beach is merely steps from your door. Pelican's Landing is located on Shore Drive, which is an isolated stretch of the beach, one mile in length, located at the end of Lake Arrowhead Road, just off of Highway 17.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and full bath attached. The second bedroom has two twin beds and the third bedroom has a full-size bed and a half bath attached. This spacious three bedroom, two and a half bath condominium comes complete with central air, a screened-in porch, ocean view balcony off master bedroom, and separate laundry area. This unit has a fully-equipped kitchen, to include microwave, blender, coffee maker, dishes and utensils.
The always popular Ocean Annie's Beach Bar is located two doors down and has live entertainment daily, weather permitting. If golf is in your plans, Myrtle Beach has over one-hundred golf courses, with many favorites such as Barefoot (Love, Dye, Norman) and Tidewater within a twenty minute drive. Arcadian Shores Golf Course with clubhouse, and driving range is located one mile from Pelican's Landing.
Pelican's Landing is 1.5 miles from Tangier shopping outlet,
3 miles south of Barefoot Landing, 7 miles north of Broadway at the Beach (Ripley's Aquarium), and approximately 10 miles from the Myrtle Beach Pavilion. This is truly a great location without the traffic of Ocean Drive.
Pelican's Landing has two pools(one oceanfront), two sunbathing decks, a gazebo, barbecue grilling areas, picnic areas, children's playground, and beach access. This location is conveniently located between Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach, approximately twenty minutes from Myrtle Beach Airport.
There is a straw market with general store, restaurant, and an ice cream shop and local tavern, located across the street. This condominium has direct beach access, NO ROADS TO CROSS.

We visited Myrtle Beach many times for vacation and were frustrated with our accomodations too many times. We chose Pelican Landing because it is a family friendly development, on a dead end street with the nicest beach in Myrtle!

we have stayed at this condo last year and loved it --went went with 2 families and had a wonderful time--the ocean was breath taking & the kids cant wait to go back there --they are also excited about the new park that opened up there-the things to do there for the kids was endless & the condo itself was very relaxing & the kitchen area was a plus w/ having hungry kids-- i would go back to this condo anytime !!!! ill be renting it this coming year !!!

I WAS VERY SATISFIED AND PLEASED WITH THE ENTIRE CONDO AND SURROUNDINGS. FOR THOSE WHO HAVE CHILDREN, IT IS VERY CHILDREN ORIENTED AND PLENTY TO DO. THIS IS A PLACE I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RENT AGAIN. 5 STARS FROM OUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS WHO ACCOMPANIED US AS WELL! PLENTY OF SPACE FOR TWO FAMILIES AND VERY CLEAN, WHICH IS A MAJOR PLUS!!THANKS TO THE OWNERS FOR PROVIDING A WARM VACATION SPOT, AND DON'T LET US FORGET THE PRICE WAS JUST RIGHT!
