WELCOME TO OUR COMPLETELY NEW 2 BEDROOM FLAT IN BARCELONA:
The Sagrada Família Building has been beautifully recently renovated. In order to keep the 'Eixample flair' the brick walls and Catalan vaults have been restored as well as doors and windows keeping their original carpentry, in connection with an elegant decoration, wood floors and high quality furniture.
But don't be fooled as this flat is equipped with the most modern furnishings including flat TVs and electronic locks. Also you are even able to use the powerful WiFi internet connection for free.
There is a fully equipped kitchen which has all the implements you may need for a self catering holiday.
The living/dining room is bright and luminous, with large windows which lead onto a small balcony overlooking either the street or the quiet inside block. There is a comfortable couch for relaxing after a day of sightseeing, plus a stylish glass dinner table for spending mealtimes indoors.
The two bedrooms have two individual beds that can be together or separated and the bathroom is equipped with shower, wash basin and toilet. It features a designer wash basin, tiled walls and a spacious shower cubicle. Also, other features that you will find are the washing machine and ironing board.
Parking: there are several parkings nearby. Please let us know if you are coming by car to inform you about parking facilities. It's important to know if you are going to use your car or not during your stay in order to give you an accurate information of the most suitable and economical parking.
We welcome from 1 to 6 guests. Regular capacity 4 people (because there are 4 beds). Maximum capacity for 6 people (because there is a sofa bed for 2 people).
Cleaning fee (apartment, linen and towels). We provide sheets and towels.

The location is perfect next to the stunning Gaudi's masterpiece "Sagrada Familia"! The apartment was easy to manage, fully furnished, very clean and ideally placed for exploring Barcelona. Also, there are many restaurants, bars, lounges, cafes, markets and the metro station all within minutes walking distance. All in all, a great place to stay. I would definitely recommend it!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+.

It is extremely well located just 1 block from Sagrada Familia and the place looks exactly like the pictures. It’s in a good location very close to the metro station. The apartment is ideal for a couple, a family or a group of friends. Super clean, organized, and well maintained. Everything is new and we felt like we were home. Would recommend staying here, was a great end to the trip.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

Newly renovated, clean and lovely quiet building with antique shutters onto juliette balconies. Perfect for traveling with two teens. Kitchen good size with hob, microwave and toaster. AC unit cooled entire apt perfectly. Washing machine - and dryer rack for hanging laundry on balcony just like all the locals. Fun! TV had feature that switched English shows back to English language - helpful. Felt like a privilege to be around the corner from Sagrada Familia (book tickets online to escape lines) and easy to take metro to get to all other tourist areas. Supermarket on next block. Only thing I missed was a place to jog. Beach or nearer a large park would have been better for that but those areas noisier and more of a party scene. Helpful check-in with early arrival arranged and a phone call from the airport to let them know we arrived. I would highly recommend this apartment and accommodation host/service and will use them again for Barcelona.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.
Owner response: Thank you for your review. We are happy you and your children liked our new apartment and building right next to La Sagrada Familia of Gaudi. The kitchen allowed you to cook or at least prepare breakfast but not everyday because I am sure you tried some local restaurants. The air conditioning allowed you to be comfortable as it is appreciated when the weather is hot in Barcelona. The washing machine allowed you to wash your clothes when needed. Most of the TV channels are local but depending on the program sometimes it’s possible to change to the original version. We agree that La Sagrada Familia of Gaudi is very beautiful and maybe we don’t realize about this privilege because we can see it every day. We are looking forward to see it when it will be finished in a few years. There are always a lot of people waiting to visit it and your tip about booking the tickets online is a good tip to consider. The metro is very close and it’s very convenient to get around Barcelona. Also, walking is a good alternative. There are several supermarkets and grocery stores not far from the apartment. A nice place to consider is the traditional market “Mercat de La Sagrada Familia” which is not far from the apartment. It’s possible to jog in Barcelona but as there are not many green areas you have to coordinate the pace with traffic lights. Also, like many residents, it’s not a bad idea to go by public transport to go jogging to Parc de Collserola. Then, you’ll keep in fit and at the same time you’ll enjoy the views of Barcelona from the mountain. We were happy to welcome you and we are happy if you were happy :)

Overall, this is a great 2 bedroom apartment. It is very clean, newly renovated, charming, and everything from AC, Wifi, TV to hot water worked perfectly. The location is great, very close to La Sagrada Familia and the Metro stop. It is a quieter area, and there is no street noise in the apartment.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

No surprise on arrival. *Our apartment is a legal holiday apartment with license from the Government of Catalunya.
