This casual home for rent is in the Cottonwood subdivision of Beautiful Sun Lakes, Arizona. Sun Lakes is in Chandler, and is twenty minutes from the Phoenix airport, and twenty to twenty-five minutes to Scottsdale. Sun Lakes has four golf courses (and a "pitch 'n putt" for your short game), and five clubhouses with a total of at least eight swimming pools. One of them is a salt water pool. When you include tennis, and several workout facilities, it is truly a resort lifestyle!

This is a two bedroom, three bath home, and accommodates two to eight guests. In the large family room/guest suite is a queen-sleeper-sofa, and love seat. With a private bathroom, wet bar, small refrigerator, microwave, and TV, you'll enjoy spending a lot of time in here.

The back opens to the covered patio, as does the living room and master bedroom. The master bedroom has a King-size bed and comfortable chair for reading, in addition to a private bathroom.The second bedroom is next to the main bathroom, located in the hallway. It features a queen-size bed, and both bedrooms (as well as the living room and family room/guest room) have ceiling fans.

Each sleeping room is separated by at least two other rooms, which makes it very private, for families, and friends traveling together. The privacy and space mentioned above is what makes this house so inviting. The kitchen has its own entry from the front of the house.

This is a great place to get the "feel" of what "retirement" is meant to be, it is also ideal for "house hunting", or staying while waiting for your new home to close or be finished. It is great if you have business in Chandler, or for that matter, Mesa, or Tempe, even Scottsdale, (and at a more affordable price). Take advantage also of sightseeing, such as day trips to Sedona, Las Vegas, Tucson, and Mexico to name a few. You will not be disappointed in this vacation home!

Cottonwood is an Adult Community. One Renter Must Be Forty Years of Age, No Children Under 19.

No Pets. No Smoking.

The nearby areas offer many Flea Markets, Rafting, Major League Baseball Camps, Nascar races.
