We had 6 of us stay in the unit, 4 adults, 2 children. We had plenty of room, the condo is fully stocked even with little extras you would not think of, which came in handy. The bus transit runs right infront of the condo, which was very convenient and runs about every 7 minutes. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children.

This was a perfect place for us to celebrate my husband's 30th bday. There were six adults in our group and the place was comfortable for all. The description and pictures of the property are accurately described on the website. The shuttle stop is right outside the condo complex which made it super easy to go to the park city resort or Main Street. The owner of the condo is very friendly and responded to any queries we had before and during our stay. She is also very flexible and let us check in a little early and check out a little late due to our flight schedule. This was a perfect place for us and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a condo to stay in while in park city.Owner response: We are so glad you enjoyed your stay at our Park City condo and it made for a memorable birthday celebration. This property felt like home (or slightly better). It was nicer than the photos show. The location in town is excellent, with easy accessibility to slopes and shops, and a moderate walk to Old Main Street. Fresh Market is a short walk from the unit, and there's a 7-11 right across the street. The property was clean, well supplied, well organized, and most importantly: The beds were REALLY comfortable!. Hot tub in the complex was excellent. Kitchen appliances all work great, so does the fireplace and WiFi. One really nice feature is the south-facing balcony in full sun late afternoon. Best of all: the owner is a caring, considerate, and really well organized individual, who is readily accessible for questions, and easily accommodates special requests. Also very prompt in communications. Other notes: We used Aloha Ski rental's delivery service. Alex was at the door at 8 AM with skis (traveling from the East Coast, we only carry boots). Filled out the forms online in advance, and he had the right equipment ready to go (all brand-new demos). Best meal was at 501 on Main -- Complete Gluten-Free menu and well trained kitchen and staff (critical for our group). Honorable mention: El Chubasco (short walk from 414 ST), authentic Mexican (therefore mostly gluten-free). Don't bother trying to book first week in January -- we'll be there.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

Spectacular views with all the comforts of home!! The listing description and pictures are accurate but don't do the property justice. The location was perfect - it is walking distance to Park City Mountain Resort, Main Street Park City, The City Park and shopping. The free bus stops right in front of the building if you don't want to walk. The unit was well maintained and the owner was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will recommend the unit to friends and look forward to visiting again.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

About the owner: Having only skied in Europe and the East Coast, our family ventured west to Park City in 2006 and never looked back. Park City quickly became our go to spot for every winter vacation. It offers skiing and snowboarding at all levels, plus plenty to do when you aren't on the mountain or if you just want to be in a beautiful place. Although known for its winter activities, it is also an unbelievable summer spot for anyone wanting to get away from the daily grind. You can count on Park City to deliver good memories.
Why the Owner Chose Silvertown:
In choosing a Park City property, we wanted it to be easy to enjoy all there is to offer. Our condo is located on the free bus route for all the resorts and within a 10 minute walk to just about everything including Park City Mountain Resort.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Hang out on the balcony and enjoy the view, relax in the spa, warm up in front of a wood burning fire...you can do any of these when you stay here. The kitchen has been updated with all stainless steel appliances, granite counters and new cabinetry. In addition, we've recently updated much of the decor including the bedding. A TV and DVD player is in every bedroom plus the living area.
