Our Villa is on a Peace full executive community of Calabay parc, 30 min from Orlando International airport .Only minutes from Shops & Restaurants. A number of prestigious Golf Courses .Beautifully furnished the Villa is fully Air Conditioned .There are 2 en-suite bedrooms both with doors to pool areas..Every bedroom has its own TV.The villa has a large open plan lounge with patio doors looking out over the pool area . A large dinning room & fully equipped kitchen also includes a breakfast area and separate laundry room. The Games room Has a full Size Pool Table ,Table Tennis & Dart Board.
The South Facing Extended Pool is fully screened including a covered area & is wonderful to sit & relax with uninterrupted views over a conservation Pine Forest. All doors leading to the pool have Child Alarms fitted . The 3rd & 4th Bedrooms share there own shower room to make it possible for 2 families to share the villa. The property has high speed wireless internet access.

A fantastic villa! It's just as lovely as the pictures. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived and we had no problems with the house. The pool area is great. It's a wonderful location, close to all the major tourist attractions. Mark and Tanja were very helpful. Can't wait to go back again.

We spent a week here with our Daughter and Grandchildren and we all enjoyed our stay. The villa was great, and the location is ideal for all the parks, just a short drive away. The villa is located in a small complex which is very well kept, and quiet. Just what you need after a day at Disney. The kids enjoyed cooling off in the pool when we came home in the evening. We are hoping to return next year for two weeks. An ideal holiday home.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car.

A fantastic villa which has been tastefully decorated and furnished. All within easy reach of the attractions and shopping malls. Located in a pleasant community. We did encounter a small problem with the pool but ONE phone call to the management company and it was promptly sorted within a few hours. Excellent communication with the owners prior to rental. Absolutely NO hesitation in recommending this villa.Looking forward to renting again next year.

My family and I were somewhat hesitant when it came to renting a home for our Disney vacation but Mark and Tanja made it a great experience! The villa is beautiful! There was plenty of space for everyone to relax after a full day at Disney. The game room gave us plenty to do on our off days and the kitchen is spacious and full of everything we needed to prepare meals when we decided to stay in! The pool was a perfect end to some warm days and the neighborhood was so quiet you'd think we were all alone. We can't thank the Turton's enough for allowing us to rent their beautiful villa! We will definitely take the opportunity to do it again!

This was a lovely house. NIce and big. Everything was clean. I would definitely stay here agian. Mark and Tanja were very helpful with answering all of are questions! Very close to Orlando and the airport. Publix and Walmart close by. Thanks

Excellent villa large enough for 2 families. The pool and the games room kept kids and husband quiet for hours. Very well equipped, and clean it was really nice not being overlooked at the back of the villa. Loads of supermarkets, restaurants and take-aways within 10 minutes, and only 20-25 minutes to parks as well as easy access to tampa. Mark and Tanja werre really helpful and in contact via email from the day we booked. We all had a great time and I recommend both the villa and Mark to all my friends and family. Hopefully contact you soon Mark for next year , many thanks for you help.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was so nice to be able to do our laundry and do our own cooking. The house was very well maintained. It was really nice to have a pool right outside our door, Mark and Tanja were 1000 percent with us,,We liked the area..We would not hestitate to stay there again,

As we have never stayed in a rental property before, I did not know what to expect. It was brilliant, obtaining the key was easy, the house was spacious, clean and relaxing. It was easy to get to Disney and close to the I-4 for travelling to both coasts. Would deffinitely recommend it. The owners were very hepful before and during the holiday.
