About the owner: We purchased the house in 1978 at Sotheby Real Estate Auction. I spent the nicest summers with my family and children enjoying the beauties of this property, the nature, the Plum Island beaches and downtown Newburyport. We took trips from here to many of the local attractions. My children benefitted very much from the joys of nature.
