  Rating Details: I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Emjoyed our stay very much. both toilets upstairs required manual intervention as they would run continuously. The home was generally clean but a bit of dirt that I have not noticed before, seems to be gathering on the floor mouldings and just under the edges of the beds. We spent quite a bit of time trying to get the lock box open, only to find that we had been given the wrong code. this is a bit difficult when it is later in the evening. Hope this helps. We enjoy staying at this property each year and overall I would rate it a 5.

  Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We traveled to Long Beach with three other families, and this home was ideal for us. It had everything we needed as far as supplies, and even a few surprises. We happened to be there on a clamming weekend, and they had stuff for that as well. The ping pong table in the garage was well used, as were the kids toys upstairs. It was nice that the bedrooms were spread out, so we could retreat if we wanted some time to ourselves, but we could all fit around the dining table as well. The distance to the beach was perfect, a nice little walk but not far enough to be tiring. The only negative was the squeaky floor in several locations. We will be coming back here for sure.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay in the Beach Wood Estate house for our book club of 10. The house accommodated our needs beautifully! The kitchen is well stocked, the living room is comfortable, and the beach access is an lovely walk through the dunes to a gorgeous beach. We were extremely fortunate to have had 7 beautiful sunny calm days in a row! in January! Thank you again.

This was a family vacation with our first grandchild and we had a wonderful time; very comfortable; easy accessibility to the unique surrounding towns; went walking on the beach and antique shopping. From the time I called that there was a problem with furnace until it was fixed was under 2 hours. WOW on a Sunday night no less.   Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Difficult location when you have kids who want to play outside and cant due to the condition of the yard. Manager responded on 3/19/2013: The yard fronts some dunes with a private path to the beach-it is litterly less than 5 minute walk on a private path to the worlds longest driving beach. We are talking to the owners to see if anything needs to be improved with the yard.
