Park your car and walk right in to this 815 square feet ground floor unit with tile through out. Bright colored beachy decor. Master suite with king size bed, TV/DVD player. Twin bunks set off in the hallway. Full bath between master bedroom and bunk area.
Spacious open living area with a queen sleeper sofa, TV/DVD player, fully stocked kitchen with built in microwave and dining area and french doors. Ground floor Patio. Walk right out the front door to the pool. No stairs or elevators. Plenty of nice linens provided. Washer and dryer in unit.

Pack n Play available upon request.
I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. Extra linens, pillows, beach toys and beach towels. I even provide a few board games, books, movies and game stick for the kids. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes.

August 20, 2012 We had a very enjoyable week at this unit in the Sunset Cottages. The pictures are very accurate of the condo. Had some issues with the DVD players and the AC fan, but they sent a very nice gentleman from their maintenance dept. promptly and he fixed the problems in a very short amount of time. Even though it is not beach front, the walk to the beach was easy enough that my friend with bad knees had no problem. Our unit did not look out to the pool and I was a little disappointed with that but all in all was a very nice unit and a good complex. I will certainly look into coming back next summer.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, age 55+.
