Condo is located in Banyan Bay Club which consists of a total of only 44 units arranged in two floors. This condo is located at the Garden level. No stairs. The lanai at the rear of the unit opens onto a private Banyan and Palm tree-filled lawn with views of Sarasota Bay. The lanai contains a table and seating for outdoor dining and relaxing cocktail hours. The unit has a Master bedroom with a King size bed and a second bedroom with 2 single beds. A double hide-a-bed in the living room allows accommodations for a total of 6 people. Living room contains a 40-inch flat screen TV with a DVR. TV's are also in the two bedrooms. Internet connection is available directly in the unit. Condo is tastefully furnished and wonderfully equipped. A separate storage room is also available. Beach chairs are available on the private Gulf beach. A large swimming pool is also available adjoining the Clubhouse.

About the owner: My wife and I are a retired couple who currently reside full time in a retirement community in Florida only an hour away from Longboat Key, making it only a short drive to get here. We purchased the Condo as a second-home that we are also interested in renting out. Prior to retirement in 2000 we resided in Baltimore, MD where I was a Faculty member at The Johns Hopkins School of Public Health and my wife was an Elementary School Music teacher. We've now resided in Florida for the past 12 years and we love our new second home. We would like to share it with you and hope you will love it as much as we do.
Why the Owner Chose Banyan Bay Club:
We are what is basically known as 'beach lovers'. We love the peace, calm, and relaxation offered by a beach. We had been renting at Gulf resorts for a number of years and finally purchased our own property this year. One of the major features that attracted us to this property, besides its beauty, was the fact that it was on the ground floor. No stairs or elevators for us! Saves wear and tear on the legs.
