When you awake in the morning refreshed, you are only 15 minutes from Alta and Snowbird, Brighton, and Solitude Ski/Snowboard Resorts and out your front door for an invigorating hike or bike ride. After a day of activity, enjoy the ease of a casual dinner in many of the restaurants located within walking distance or in Cottonwood Heights, Sandy or take a short 15 minute jaunt to Downtown Salt Lake City for some of the amazing culinary offerings the city has to offer. If the mood strikes you, a 30 minute drive will have you in the picturesque peaks of Park City.

Year Purchased: 2004
About the owner: I am originally from the east coast and have been skiing since i was 2.5 years old. After graduating college a few friends moved to Utah so i came to visit and fell in love with the awesome ski terrain and the best snow on earth. You will find me skiing at Snowbird or Alta so any questions you have about the resort please let me know.
