  This was an awesome vacation and being able to stay in this condo was the best part, besides the sunsets! The condo was well equipped, beds were extremely comfortable and the views from the stupendous balcony were spectacular! We were very sad to leave both the condo and PCB. This was our first trip to PCB and we will definitely be back, hopefully sooner than later. Thank you for your care and efficiency throughout the rental process. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at your home and highly recommend this condo to anyone who will be visiting the area.

  What a great condo...we loved it. Everything was as it was described and all the pictures were accurate. Everything was clean and well maintained. The location was perfect for us, just what we wanted, not to far from things but still basically residential. We found the tiki bar at the sandpiper was within walking distance on the evenings we wanted a walk, music and adult beverages. We grilled a few nights and met several owners that were very friendly as well as helpful. I can't find anything bad to say about the area or property. One of the owners said that the heater on the pool had been turned off to soon but who wants to swim in the pool when the ocean is right there? We did think the condo could use a dish drainer and a pitcher for ice tea, but hey, that's just us. You couldn't beat the view from the balcony and the marine like we watched just made it that much more fun. The sunsets were also spectacular. Sowmya and Ashok were very friendly and helpful whenever I had any questions We had a great vacation and I want to thank them for helping make to make it so. I would and already have recommend this property for friends and anyone else who considering coming to this area.

  Review sent to owners email: Dear Sowmya and Ashok, Thank you for providing your amazing condo in Panama City Beach (PCB) for our use for 3 months of 2013. Having reviewed your condo’s profile on-line we chose it because it showed so very well and the photos provided were amazing. Well the reality was even better than the advertisement which is almost never the case. The location is great, being a little away from the hustle and bustle that is central PCB, yet close enough that everything you could want is within easy reach. The views are second to none; “million dollar oceanfront” vistas for a price that is hard to believe; any visitor here will not be disappointed! What may be even more impressive is the attention to detail on the part of the owners and the management team at this condo. No question, concern or request for information was neglected. In fact I would say that we have not experienced more accommodating owners in our many years of wintering in Florida. For example we were the first renters to need our mail redirected to this condo and we had our problem solved within days by Sowmya, Ashok, the management team and the US Postal service help. We needed a kettle and we were told to purchase one immediately and the cost would be reimbursed, which was immediately. These were just a few examples of how little things make a world of difference in the quality of one’s vacation experience. I could go on but I do not have enough space to suggest to any prospective renters of this condo that magnificent pictures and profiles do not make the whole story. Take it from one very picky Canadian that this condo and its owners go out of their way to make your next Gulf Coast and PCB vacation one you will not forget.   We stayed at this condo for a week in December, it is a beautiful condo, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Condo is flawlessly maintained, it is decorated with modern taste, owners have taken care of every detail in keeping this condo beautiful place to stay. Owners were very helpful throughout our stay. Fantastic amenities in the condo complex, kids loved the indoor swimming pool, jaccuzi. Patio is awesome and we loved staying in the day bed and enjoying awesome Oceanfront view. We truly felt at home here, we highly recommend this place !!!. Thanks Balaji/Sowjanya

  We loved this beautiful, spacious condo the second we stepped in the door. It is decorated with modern taste and has every amenity needed. We especially loved the balcony and daybed, AMAZING view. Also, the renters provided beach items such as chairs, umbrella, etc. Which was great because the complex doesn't supply these items at this time. Being the off season we had the beach and everything else almost to ourselves, which was great for us! A few places were closed around the beach for repairs but plenty of eateries were still open. We would recommend going to Boar's head, Schooners, and Saltwater grill for a great meal. We greatly appreciate the great service of the owners and Will stay here again if in PCB. We truly felt at home here and had to force ourselves out the door!! Thanks again, Sean and Ashley

  This condo was exactly as shown with breathtaking views, clean, and nicely decorated. Couldn't have asked for a greater location only minutes from shopping and dining (pier park). Ashok and Sowmya were a pleasure to work with, all the information we needed a few days before we arrived. Another great aspect to the condo was the washer/dryer didn't have to pack dirty clothing for the trip back home. Living in the Midwest is was nice to get away from the chilly temps and wake up to the gorgeous waves of the gulf. Will definitely recommend this to others :) Thanks again so much for allowing us to use your condo to make memories that will last us a lifetime! The newly engaged couple, Heather and Mitchell

Highly recommend the pirate cruise ship...kids (9 and 11yr old) absolutely loved it. Thank you for sharing your lovely condo with us. This was a trip we will never forget!
