This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom home is located in The Village of Pennecamp and is about ten minutes from Lake Sumter Landing Market Square where you'll find restaurants, movie theaters, shopping, live music and dancing every night. You can jump in the golf cart and within minutes be at the Pennecamp Neighborhood Recreation Center and enjoying swimming, horseshoe pits, bocci ball and shuffleboard.
The minute you open the front door you'll feel right at home. You'll notice immediately the bright open feeling this home has to offer with this open floor plan. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to entertain old friends, family or new friends. And if you're getting together with friends to watch a sporting event or movie, there's plenty of comfortable seating. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 10 championship courses. You're also entitled to use over 60 swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, tennis & pickleball courts, basketball courts, beach volleyball courts and over 1000 scheduled activities per week.
