Come and share in our wonderful condo in paradise.
You can have it all in this fabulous studio condo. The location and view are the crowning jewels of this unit. This unit is one of the larger units on the front side of the building that has lanai.
Located less than half of a block from the world famous Waikiki Beach, our condo has you near all the action yet the view makes you feel like you aren't anywhere near a big city.
Diamond Head/Honolulu Zoo/Kapiolani Park/Beach is your view from left to right on your own private lanai. Enjoy your meals (prepared in the well stocked kitchenette) right on the lanai. The building also has a 10th floor shared sundeck and you can grab a delicious meal from any of the nearby restaurants and enjoy it there, basking in the view.
Parking is available in the building for additional fees or ask about nearby street parking. If your trip doesn't include a car, no worries, you are right on a major bus line and it is literally steps to the bus stop.
We have been working with an wonderful and detailed oriented cleaning service who keeps our condo in amazing condition. The cleaning company has a contact person who lives nearby and who will meet you upon arrival, answers your questions and is available should any issue arise during your stay.
They charge a little more for their cleaning/concierge services than the bargain companies (that have no guest contact), but in a world where you get what you pay for, this is actually a bargain. You WILL notice a difference. The studio will be stocked with plush towels and soft linens that will add to the comfort of the room.
We are also set up with quarterly extermination service with a well respected local company.
We are also willing to help make your trip memorable with recommendations on food, entertainment and activities.

I stayed at this rental for 3 weeks and it met all my needs. The photos online are exactly what it looks like and was my reason for choosing it. It was very clean and a tour was given to me on my arrival. It had everything I needed in the rental. I would recommend this rental. The Zoo is across the street, the Aquarium is not far, and Teddy's Burgers are in the hotel. Eggs and Things was another favorite. You can see the beach from the lanai, it is a great view.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+.

The condo was well positioned in Honolulu and was clean and functional for the perfect holiday. I have friends from Canada who were staying at a different hotel and they were envious of the Condo and its position and will be using it when they return. The complex it is situated in is dated but this should be overlooked when booking the room. It had everything required. I loved the fact that I could hear the elephants and lions in the zoo opposite and was a 3 minute walk to the more quiet beaches of Waikiki. I will return and will want to stay in this condo or one very similarRecommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car.

Next to zoo makes me feel like I was in the nature and hearing some animal noises makes me think that I was definitely on vacation. I have stayed at the Park Shore for years. This is better! I stopped staying in hotels after I went to Bermuda, I would rather help a homeowner and I have found homeowners take pride in their homes and make my stay more personable. I am only here to sleep so the price helps us world explorers continue to explore the world. Mahalo!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1

(**This traveler's review was left in our in-room guest book.) From beginning to end, Mike and Bill made booking this journey easy. Upon arrival, Charles alleviated the residual stress that followed us from the mainland. During our stay we felt safe and well taken care of. This condo is a gem and I look forward to future visits with my husband. With sincere gratitude, we thank you,Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 2/2

My fiancé and I stayed here from December 17th-December 22nd. We had a great time! The place exactly as described; it was very clean, it had all the essentials and the property is located about a half a block away from the beach! From the time of the inquire about the property, to the time we left, Bill and Charles were very helpful! Once we arrived, Charles was very helpful and made sure we were checked in and gave us a nice summary of the area! We would stay there again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
