  We had an amazing time in this house. We had 12 people ( two children, 5 30 somethings and 5 50 somethings). Everyone had their own space to retreat to when needed. There are three balconies, a great front porch, and the pool patio so we were generally spread out. The beach access is right across the street and people were quick to stop and let you pass. the road in front of the house easily connects to the major roads and shopping centers. There was a grocery store closeby. The furniture was comfortable and the unit was clean. There was plenty of hot water, linens, dishes, etc. There were movies and games available and tvs in every bedroom and the living room. With two bedrooms on the first floor, the older people with knee problems were able to sleep on the main level. There were a few steps to get up on each porch. Our only issue was the pool heater not working some of the time. Everyone was please with the house and happy with the choice. Thanks!

  We recently had the pleasure of staying in this home. It is a great house for parents with teenagers. The beach entrance is directly across the street and there is minimal traffic which makes it easy to cross at any time. The house is located just a short distance away from many restaurants, pharmacies, and shopping centers. It was well maintained and clean. Reba was very friendly and answered any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this home for your next vacation. We look forward to renting it again.

  This was our group's second year at this property. The house is perfectly located, well equipped, and nicely furnished..very comfortable. Close to the beach, restaurants, golf courses and shopping. We are looking forward to next year. Many thanks.

  Last weekend, I stayed in this lovely house for a girls' weekend. What a peaceful retreat! The house was lovely- very pristine, clean and comfy! King size beds were in all the rooms (except the bunk bed room) and made for a great night of sleep! The house was in the perfect location to delicious restaraunts and cute shops! The house also had a private pool and the cozy white rocking chairs on the front porch were great for all of our nightly girl chats! There is not enough good things to say about this house. It had everything we needed for our stay and we definitely plan to stay here for our annual girls' beach trip next year.

  My husband & I stayed here in August 2009 with our children & grandchildren. The house was wonderful! It was very clean and very nice and the location was terrific. The owners were wonderful to work with also. I would definitely stay again.

  My family has stayed at this beach rental house annually for the past four years. The house is very spacious with a large master suite and nice extra bedrooms for our two daughters. The Destin beach is just across the street and the house is located in an area of the Destin that is relatively void of any high-rise condominium complexes. This makes the beach area near the house relatively crowd-free. The home also has a nice pool which we always enjoy coming back from the beach and relaxing at the pool in the afternoons. The home location is five minutes away from Destin Commons mall and Publix grocery store which makes grocery shopping more convenient. Our family has thoroughly enjoyed this rental house over the past few years and look forward to staying there again this year.

  It was a great house to stay at with our large group. Plenty of room. The house is right across the street from the beach and has an access point right in front of the house. The pool was nice to go to after the beach. All in all it was a wonderful place to stay and the owner was easy to work with...Thanks!

  I recently stayed at this beautiful home during Memorial Day. This place was wonderful, right across the street from the beach and in a very quiet area. The home had a very relaxed and comforting atmosphere. With a privte swimming pool and bar-b-que pit in the back yard. I will definitely be booking this home again for next years vacation.

  This was our first trip to destin.There were 14 of us at this house,5 adults,9 kids & had plenty of room.The beach access was just across the road,which made it real nice to go back & forth to the beach.The lay out of house was perfect for all of us.The kids had their own room with bunkbeds,they loved it.The kids loved the pool & we had a nice patio to sit & watch them.The owners were helpful to answer any questions we had.Destin had many attractions for both us & the kids.If you decide to eat out ,go early ( AJS & CRab Shack ) had 2hour waits ,but were good seafood restaurants.When we go back to destin ,we will rent this house again.

  What a fantastic home we rented. The owner was in close contact with us to make sure everything was satisfactory, the pool was perfect for the grandchildren and the house had everything you could possibly need. We will definitely be back. Thank you so very much for the wonderful family memories.
