We had an amazing time in this house. We had 12 people ( two children, 5 30 somethings and 5 50 somethings). Everyone had their own space to retreat to when needed. There are three balconies, a great front porch, and the pool patio so we were generally spread out. The beach access is right across the street and people were quick to stop and let you pass. the road in front of the house easily connects to the major roads and shopping centers. There was a grocery store closeby. The furniture was comfortable and the unit was clean. There was plenty of hot water, linens, dishes, etc. There were movies and games available and tvs in every bedroom and the living room. With two bedrooms on the first floor, the older people with knee problems were able to sleep on the main level. There were a few steps to get up on each porch. Our only issue was the pool heater not working some of the time. Everyone was please with the house and happy with the choice. Thanks!

We recently had the pleasure of staying in this home. It is a great house for parents with teenagers. The beach entrance is directly across the street and there is minimal traffic which makes it easy to cross at any time. The house is located just a short distance away from many restaurants, pharmacies, and shopping centers. It was well maintained and clean. Reba was very friendly and answered any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this home for your next vacation. We look forward to renting it again.

Excellent House

This was our group's second year at this property. The house is perfectly located, well equipped, and nicely furnished..very comfortable. Close to the beach, restaurants, golf courses and shopping. We are looking forward to next year. Many thanks.

Peaceful retreat!

Last weekend, I stayed in this lovely house for a girls' weekend. What a peaceful retreat! The house was lovely- very pristine, clean and comfy! King size beds were in all the rooms (except the bunk bed room) and made for a great night of sleep! The house was in the perfect location to delicious restaraunts and cute shops! The house also had a private pool and the cozy white rocking chairs on the front porch were great for all of our nightly girl chats! There is not enough good things to say about this house. It had everything we needed for our stay and we definitely plan to stay here for our annual girls' beach trip next year.

Perfectly AWESOME!

We were looking for a "family" vacation location which included 7 adults (nana and 3 sons/spouses) and 4 grands (9 mos to 9 yrs). This is the perfect location with a beautiful private beach, nice clean pool in the fenced back yard with plenty of space for the provided tables/chairs/loungers for poolside sitting / tanning, dining, shopping and close to all the attractions. The living / dining / kitchen area was large enough for all 11 of us to enjoy quality time together without being cramped. I also just have to mention the fact that the kitchen was great. Not equipped with the typical cheap pots and pans, bowls, plates, etc. but quality items for our use. As a family we enjoy grilling so the gas grill was great and large enough to cook everything at once. The four (4) spacious bedrooms with comfortable mattresses - 3 with king beds were perfect as all 3 sons are over 6'. That left the 4th bedroom (2 sets of double/twin top) for special time for nana with the 3 eldest grans. There was even a high chair and play pen (for sleeping) for the baby. How nice not to have to try and lug all that equipment with us. And to top it all off, the front porch with wicker rocking chairs for late afternoon relaxation was so nice and even enough green space in the front yard for the young ones to expend some energy. The photos definitely do not do this place justice - I can't tell you why because they are accurate but the home was just more than I really expected it to be. The beach is a SHORT walk across the street - if you're concerned about the walk across the street - don't be. Would I recommend this property? A resounding YES!!! Its perfect for all ages . . . seniors, young families, large families, couples, girls getaways - everybody. You won't be disappointed with this one.

A Great Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week. This house is in a great location right across from beach, and centrally located between shopping, golf, and restaurants. If you want to stay in, the grill is great. Kitchen is also nice. We enjoyed the pool; so much better than staying at a condo and sharing it with everyone else. Quiet area so you could actually get some sleep at night. Bedrooms and bathrooms are all ample size. Balconies are nice for enjoying the sea breezes in the morning and at night. Would definitely stay again and recommend. Everyone in our group agrees.
