This Two Bedroom townhouse-style condominium, has a Master Bedroom with King-Size Bed and Private Bath upstairs, and another Master Bedroom with King Size Bed and Private Bath downstairs. The full kitchen has granite countertops and tile backsplash.
There is a private balcony upstairs with a table and chairs, as well as a lower deck with gas grill and table and chairs, with access to canal, boardwalk, and private boat slip, at your back door. Three swimming pools and tennis courts are available for condominium guests.
For your convenience you have courtesy use of the owner's beach closet that is stocked with children's chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, pool toys, and sand toys. Owners have also copiled a list of their favorite restaurants and local attractions for your perusal.
You can also enjoy the public beach nearby that is the only "Blue Wave Beach" in Texas. There are a lot of great fishing spots just minutes away from the complex, or just throw a line out into the canal. You will not be disappointed in this great vacation spot!
