'Copper Turtle' is a beautiful piece of tropical paradise on the north coast of Cayman Brac, a premiere destination for divers and nature lovers. Come enjoy stunning views of the turquoise Caribbean sea with 200 feet of private beach, and walk straight into one of the best natural snorkeling/diving areas on Cayman Brac, known as 'The Fish Bowl' because of its stunning underwater vistas of coral reef and sea life. In the evenings sit on the spacious, screened verandah under the ceiling fans and enjoy lovely sunset views while the tropical breeze blows around you. This large, one-story open-floor plan home is perfect for a larger families or a group: it has 2500 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and comfortably sleeps 6 with good privacy.
The open-plan kitchen is modern and up to date, with a Jenn-Air stove and attractive black granite breakfast bar. The spacious living room opens through French doors onto the fresh breezes of the balcony that stretches across the front of the house, across all 200 feet of private beach. Two bedrooms have private doors onto the verandah on either side of the house.
The large master bedroom has a spacious walk-in closet and huge bathroom, with a jacuzzi bath right under the large picture window, with breathtaking views of the ocean. Or stand under the open LED rain shower and let the water pour over you as the sun goes down through the window. Two other bedrooms, on the other side of the house for privacy, share a good-sized bathroom. A private, secluded outdoor shower lets you experience all the joys of nature.
Tucked away on the West End of Cayman Brac in a cul-de-sac, you will have no passing traffic - it is quiet, secluded, a perfect Caribbean getaway.
Master bedroom has a king bed with large en suite bathroom (jacuzzi bath & LED rain shower)
Bedroom 2 and 3 have double beds and shared double-sin bathroom.
Large ceiling fans in every room keep the ocean breezes flowing through the large screened windows, letting you enjoy the Caribbean as it was meant to be experienced. **House does not have Air Condoning!**

Our group was seven people and all of us are divers. This house is close to everything. The house is very close to the airport and the market. We did rent two cars to haul dive gear to shore dive sites. Brac Scuba Shack is less then 10 minutes away and as far as dive shops go you couldn't ask for more.(call Liesel at Brac Scuba Shack and she will take care of everything) The owner of the house was close by and available if we needed him. He met us at the airport and took us to the house to show us around. The screened in back porch is great. You could hear the ocean at night and the house was open and the breezes flowed thru. No the main house doesn't have A/C but we didn't go there for A/C. The water/reefs around Brac are amazing! We found the kitchen to be well stocked and user friendly. Bring your water shoes or dive boots for snorkel/diving around the island. The iron shore entries can be tough but so worth it. I snorkeled the first afternoon in the "fishbowl" in front of Joe's house and loved it. So much to see! Joe if you need to use me as a reference just give me a call. Thanks for a great week! Excellent accommodations, very helpful owner,very close to airport and dive shops(we used Brac Scuba Shack). 7 divers, one female all had a great time. Did some in house meals and also nearby restaurants.Recommended for: Adventure seekers.

Copper Turtle is a very wide open house, with large room, 2500 sq ft. House was built with the view of the ocean in mind. It is very airy with 3 french doors open to let the ocean breeze in. There is a patio on the beach side, that almost spans the house. Great for sitting and just enjoying the view. The house does not have AC, there is a ceiling fans above every bed. There are 13 ceiling fans in the house
