Located on a private cul-d-sac in Village Des Pins. This clean crisp villa has been redecorated and furnished in 2012. Two bedrooms and two baths offer plenty of space with sleeping for four. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, flat screen TV and comfortable wing back chair for a quiet place to retreat and relax. Plush carpeting in the living room and bedrooms complimented by ceramic tile in the kitchen and baths. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. The large screened lanai is accessible from either the living room or master bedroom. Flat screen TV's complete with Blu-Ray Dvd player, wireless internet, Free long distance in US and Canada are just some of the extra touches to ensure your comfort during your stay.
Village Des Pins is unique community centrally located in Sarasota. While it is close to many local points of interest, it is enveloped in a beautiful lush surrounding of pine trees and foliage giving you a sense of serenity and privacy that is unmatched anywhere else in Sarasota! Recreational activities are easily available with the onsite heated pool and hot tub. Tennis Courts, Basketball court and a putting green are all included along with outdoor grills and picnic areas. If walking and jogging are your preferred form of exercise, you will appreciate the quiet easy cul-d-sac and private road that has no through traffic. The community of owners and guests that retreat here year after year, makes this the perfect place to call home away from home!

Why the Owner Chose Village des Pins:
On an extended visit to Sarasota to visit our son and his family last year, we rented a property in Pine Cone Court. We were so impressed and enjoyed our stay so much that when we saw an identical Villa for sale, we made an immediate decision to purchase! We expect to spend many years enjoying our new home and hope that our visitors will be pleased they chose to share the experience with us.
