                      Owner info

                      Year Purchased: 2008

About the owner: Dave and Susan bought this home for vacationing in the mountains. One hour from Missoula makes this the perfect spot for quick get-away. We bring our ATV's in the summer and snowmobiles in the winter. We are hoping to occupy the house a little more of the year with vacation renters.

                      Why the Owner Chose Lincoln:
We bought this property in town because it is accessible year round especially in the winter when surrounding areas get snowed in. The lot is heavily treed and has a private country feel yet in five minutes of walking you are downtown Lincoln. Deer and bear are abundant everywhere.

The Unique Benefits at this House:
The area of Lincoln is a little known vacation spot, off the radar for most travelers, surrounded by majestic mountains, rivers, and alpine lakes. Huckleberry picking, world class fishing, and gold panning and rock hounding are just minutes away. Or stay home and relax in the house or on the deck out back.
