Beautifully decorated and furnished villa privately located just inside the Palmetto Dunes Resort entrance. Our second-floor villa is bright and airy with cathedral ceilings and a sunken living room. French doors allow access to the wraparound deck with a wonderful view of the Fazio golf course. The master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and the second bedroom has two full-size beds. There is also a queen-size sofa bed in the living room allowing up to six people to sleep comfortably.
Take a short stroll to the beach or enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Fazio course and lagoons from the St. Andrews pool area. The private pool area is just steps from the villa.

This villa is located within the meticulously landscaped Palmetto Dunes Resort, on beautiful Hilton Head Island. The information on HomeAway is very accurate. The property is clean and well maintained. All of our needs were met by the ownership/management. We had a wonderful family vacation for 10 days. I would enthusiastically recommend this property to friend.

me and my husband took are 2 year old to the beach for the first time and it was a wonderful place to stay. we also took his mother and father with us they loved the house and how peaceful the villa was the stayed inside for most of the week. they went on a couple bike rides with us. we are already plaining next years vaction. we rode the bikes everywhere and are son loved looking at all the landscapes. we had great walks on the beach and watched the sunrise. took lots of great pictures and loved the house we where not inside most of the day but at night we played cards while our son watched tv. we loved every thing about the whole week we where there. the pool was also great. thank you for giving us such a great place to stay.

6/4/05-6/11/05 Thanks for sharing your home! Loved it all, especially the deck, the pool, the short distance to the beach ( a wonderful bike ride). The condo had everything.
