  We recently enjoyed an 11-night stay in this wonderful apartment while visiting Buenos Aires and have only the very best things to say. Juan was there to welcome us to his spotless and nicely furnished modern appartment located on a convenient side street in the Recoleta neighborhood. The location is within easy walking distance to nice shopping, many top restaurants and bars and the special attractions that surround Recoleta. We especially liked dropping into the nearby La Biela, one of the Classic Cafes. There was plenty of space for all 4 of us to be comfortable. The pictures Juan has loaded on the website are an accurate reflection of the interior - we especially enoyed using the modern kitchen to prepare our breakfasts together each morning, and to enjoy our Happy Hours in the early evenings before going out. The washer and dryer were convenient as we were all traveling on after Buenos Aires and we were able to wash our clothes. The owners, Juan, Damien and Ms. Silva were the best - very attentive to our every need. They always responded quickly when we emailed or called. They were profesionnal in every way; from the rental agreements and payments, the refund of deposits, meeting and walking us through upon arrival, excellent recommendations for exploring the city, and closing up at the end of our stay. They were always available to help make our visit special. There was a minor issue with a leaky sink one day, but Juan called the plumber immediately and we were never inconvenienced in any way. All of us had requested that Damien meet us at the airport for the transfer into town and he was right there - this was reassuring and easy to start our visit this way. So, as far as we are concerned, we give this property 5 stars! We would stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend it to other travelers.   Our family of four, including our 3yo and 7yo, stayed in this fantastic flat for nine days. It's centrally located for virtually everything you want to do in BA; ~US$5 cab ride to San Telmo, Palermo, Puerto Modero, and almost all the museums, sites, and parks you'd want to visit! The apartment itself is even better than the pictures. It's quite spacious, even for four people including two energetic kids, with a full kitchen, excellent Internet, cable TV, on a very quiet block. Juan and Damian keep it quite clean and provide weekly maid service, which makes for an even more relaxing vacation. Juan was also extremely helpful in providing suggestions for restaurants, super markets, and helping to set up any tours we need. They also helped us secure rides to and from the airport, provided guidance on changing money -- which is far more complicated than it should be -- and anything else we needed. Not only would we recommend this property to friends, but we'd stay their again ourselves the next time we're in town. For breakfast, you cannot beat Cafe Gretha, just a block away on Avenida Pueyrredon, for some of the best pastries and cortados in the city and the ability to make our family feel like regulars after one visit. Continuing on Pueyrredon across Av. Las Heras, there are several very good wine and cheese shops, decent helado, and a massive Disco Supermarket -- plus a very nice playground and carousel for the kids. While slightly beyond walking distance, we'd also strongly recommend Cafe Rivas in San Telmo and Las Pizarras in Palermo. Some of the best food in the city at extremely affordable prices.

  I rented this apartment with two friends for a week long vacation. It was a wonderful choice for us, and I highly recommend the property to friends or family of up to 5 people. The apartment is modern, clean, and colorful. It is bright and airy, with pretty views of the street below. The pictures shown on this listing are very accurate. I felt very safe in this building, and in this neighborhood. It was exactly what I expected and more. The managers, Juan and Damian, were the best hosts. They arranged transportation for us to and from the airport, and offered very helpful advice to get our vacation off to a great start. Juan was available via email and phone throughout our entire trip, always there to answer any questions we had about the apartment or the city. This is a huge bonus, as the city is large with so much to offer. Situated in Recoleta, you are surrounded by so many fabulous attractions within a short walk. The cemetery is an amazing must see (we went twice). There are parks, museums, and a weekend craft fair. There is a grocery store, a shopping mall, and a movie theater. There are bars and restaurants open late. Try La Biela for a delicious coffee and traditional breakfast. Or go to Florencio, one street over from the apartment, for a delicious desert and glass of wine. El Sanjuanino was a casual place to get delicious empanadas. For a close-by dinner I would recommend Rodi, a restaurant with a local feel and delicious steaks (we also went here twice). There is so much to discover and enjoy in this wonderful neighborhood. Recoleta is centrally located, so it is easy to get to other parts of the city. We took cabs and walked most placed, and there were many buses close by. It was so fun to explore other neighborhoods and then return to this lovely apartment in the evening. Highly recommended!

  I stayed here in March 2013 with three friends while visiting Buenos Aires. The property was exactly what we were looking for- spacious, updated and very comfortable for our stay. It was very clean and well-maintained and in a very safe area. We loved having the common space and the kitchen for breakfasts and hanging out after days spent exploring the city. The location is wonderful- very close to all the sites in Recoleta and a quick cab ride from other parts of the city (Centro, Palermo, etc.) It is close to a grocery store, many great restaurants in Recoleta, and it is very convenient for hailing taxis to get around. The owner/manager, Juan, was excellent! He was extremely helpful and responsive-- he arranged taxis for us, recommended activities and answered all of our questions. Overall, I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Buenos Aires and looking for an alternative to a hotel. I would definitely stay there again if I am back in Argentina!

  My husband, two 20-something daughters, and I spent 8 nights in Buenos Aires in December. This lovely flat was perfect for our needs. It was newly renovated and had sleek, modern appliances and fixtures in the kitchen and bathrooms. The living area was "open concept" so the four of us had plenty of room to lounge around spending time together. The flat was very comfortable and the location was perfect - lots of sights, shops, restaurants, and taxis. But the best part of our visit was Juan who was a terrific "host". He was so caring and helpful. Juan met us at the flat with delicious empanadas warming in the oven, arranged our airport transfers, a wonderful Estancia experience, and gave us lots of ideas for restaurants and places to go. I'm sure it's fixed now, but our air conditioner was not cooling properly - he arranged for us to move to another magnificent property, paying for the transport and not charging us extra for this luxurious flat. Juan, if you are reading this, Thank you so much for all you did for us. We had a wonderful time!

  Two friends and I rented this apartment in the Recoleta area of Buenos Aires and had a great experience! The apartment is very spacious with completely modern and updated amenities. Juan is better than any hotel concierge and was helpful with restaurant and activity recommendations. He even helped find reputable tour options for our side trip to Peninsula Valdez. The master is a great space with a huge bathroom attached. One of the rooms is on the small size, so if everyone needs a huge, luxurious room, then it might be a downside. But if you are spending too much time in your room, you're doing something wrong in Buenos Aires. Location is great. You can walk many places and if not, it's a really cheap cab ride to most others. The street is quiet, with nearby stores and cafes. One of the best hidden gems, Florencio is right around the corner for breakfast or lunch. Also, don't miss Casa de Greta for the best medialunas and cafe con leche for breakfast (they are sold everywhere, but these were the best by far!). Parks are closeby for exercise or a nice walk. Tons of art, etc. Overall, could not have been better! Would highly recommend.

  The apartment was perfect for all of our needs. The location was great, very safe, very central with shops and restaurants close. Catching a cab or bus was very easy. The apartment was just renovated and was very new and modern. Juan was very helpful with any and all problems that occurred. He also helped with reservations when we had difficulties. I can highly recommend this apartment and the owners.
