Amazing vacation

We just came back from an incredible stay at the Millers on Fripp Island. The condo was very nice and clean and the views were incredible. Every day we saw dolphins off the deck. The golf cart made it easy to get around the island to different beaches. We have 4 teenagers who thought this was one of the best vacations with kayaking and jet skiing as two of there highlights. I would highly recommend both Fripp Island and the Millers condo as they were very easy to work with and their place/view was spectacular!!

Amazing View

The villa was lovely; the view was amazing. I had a hard time motivating myself to leave the balcony long enough to actually get dressed and go to the beach! The Millers were very attentive and easy to work with. The place was nicely decorated, but comfortable for our two young children. It seemed a lot larger in person than the photos depict. The kitchen was remarkably well stocked. I have only two notes of caution...1) do not lock anything in the outdoor storage area, as there is no key, and 2) toilet paper is not one of the stocked items - this may have been noted in the paper work, but we missed it and had to make a late night run to Publix, which is not close. All in all this was a very positive rental experience for us.

Owner response:We are working on getting a key to the outside storage closet. Usually a couple of toilet paper rolls are placed in each bath by the housekeeper.

The Perfect Week

We had an amazing week at this condo on Fripp Island. The condo is incredibly clean and well-maintained. We can't wait until the Master Bath has a "face-lift" then it will be even better. The view from the patio is breath-taking, and we liked having the covered patio. Also, having the empty pantry to put all our food in made it feel even more like home. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this condo to family and friends. The owners were very easy to work with and made this a stress-free vacation.

Although we have been visiting Fripp Island for the past 25 years, this was our first stay at this Villa. We all agreed that it was one of the best ever. We had everything we needed for a wonderfully relaxing time with family. The owners were very easy and gracious to work with. We will certainly consider this Villa for future trips to Fripp.

We loved this condo - came with our 3 young children and there was plenty of space for all. The porch and view are truly incredible and unique. Everything was highly convenient, and we can't wait to come back again!

Vacation Paradise!!

A vacation dream come true. We could not ask for more. The condo was wonderful...very clean. The location is fabulous...you feel like you are in paradise. The view takes your breath away. You will see sunrises and sunsets like you have never seen before. Our kids loved the dolphins and crabs. If you love to fish...this is the place. My husband and nephew could not get enough. It is great to have a golf cart for the short runs around the island. I would recommend this place to any family that wants to kick back, relax and enjoy some family time.

The ocean views were amazing, the beaches were pristine, and the condo was well maintained. The privacy of the island allowed for a very relaxing stay. It was also great to have access to a golf cart. I would definitely recommend this condo!

Incredible Location and Views on Fripp

We just finished our fourth stay at the condo and enjoy every year. The views are some of the best on the island and we reallly like the location. I have seen sea turtles floating by from the deck. We have already reserved a week for our fifth summer. The condo is really spacious and everything is clean and well maintained. The owners have always addressed any concerns or questions we might have. The decor is very beachy and there is plenty of natural light. The golf cart is truly one of the fastest on the island so commuting to the beach is a breeze. If you enjoy fishing, some of the best land fishing on the island is located on the point at New Haven. One of the Fripp Island pools is next door which is very convenient. The condo complex has grills for community use which is great for grilling surf and turf. We highly recommend this condo. P.S. There is a new restaurant located about 8 miles from Fripp called the Foolish Frog. We have eaten at all of the restaurants in the vicinity and this is by far the best.

My wife and I, Canadians from Ontario, have stayed at this villa for 2 great winters - Jan. 1 thru to Apr.1. We have found the owners (The Millers) to by extremely accommodating people, who answered our every question and needs. The view from nearly every window is tremendous, and particularly from the rooms facing the ocean. The use of their golf cart is certainly a plus that all should enjoy. For golfers there are 2 outstanding and challenging courses, one right across from the villa complex. And for tennis players many great protected courts are available. And super beaches, and great shelling for those so inclined, like my wife. We feel the only draw back would be the amenity card thing that one needs to use most of the facilities on the island- of course in the winter months many of the amenities are not available, except golf, tennis, and a couple of restaurants, but there are lots of others to use around Beaufort, and some eating places fairly close, but off the Island. --- we feel that this Villa is one of the best that we have stayed in on Fripp, and we have been coming to Fripp for 15 years and stayed in some 9 different villas and homes, all of which we thought were nice. - - A great Villa,; a wonderful place to stay and relax; no worries. - We believe that the Millers leave nearly all of their house hold things out, except for personal things, so one feels at home.

Unparalleled ocean views. Golf cart provides fun, easy way to beach. Courtyard garden lovely; villa pool closeby. Wonderful, comfortable seating/ swings outside villa perfect for reading/ relaxing and enjoying ocean. Enjoy; we always do!
