This large and fantastic unit was just completely remodeled with a brand new bathroom, kitchen cabinets, Ceasarstone counters, large stainless zero radius sink, gleaming original hardwood floors, front load washer and dryer and flat screen TV's are in the living room and both bedrooms for your enjoyment. The unit has a comfy queen bed in each bedroom and a queen mattress for additional guests if needed. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV with remote, cable TV, and remote control ceiling fans and lights. The unit also has wifi throughout.
The unit is very spacious and is only a few blocks from all that Hollywood has to offer including the Hollywood and Vine metro stop. Even if you do not have a car it only takes me about ten minutes to walk from the Hollywood metro stop at the W Hotel to the unit. Do not be fooled by those vacation rentals that are south of Sunset Blvd. If you are going to be in Hollywood you want to be north of Sunset Blvd.
We love our newly remodeled unit. If you are looking to have wild parties then this is not the place for you.

My husband and I traveled with my brother and sister-in-law to LA recently. I was lucky to have found this property for rent. The location was excellent and within walking distance to some great sites. We walked to Capital Records. Mel's diner became our favorite place to eat. Great food. The place was just perfect. It was very clean. We had everything we needed. Linens and towels were provided. We could not have asked for a better place. It was exactly as described, only better. We had a great time at this place. Neighborhood was safe and people were very friendly. I would recommend this property. If we return to LA I would rent this place again. Dave was wonderful. Any questions I had before my arrival he answered promply. Our plane was delayed and Dave made arrangements for us to get our keys. He was wonderful. If you are looking for a clean, safe area, with lots of sites within walking distance, don't look any further. This place was great. I would give this place 10 stars.....Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Dave was excellent to deal with from my first inquiry on renting the apartment to our departure. We arrived later than most guests, after 11pm, and Dave was there to greet us and settle us in. The apartment is very clean/modern, in a quiet neighbourhood and only a short walk to attractions. This was our first trip to the area (from Eastern Canada) and we were not sure about a good location to stay and this was great.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We had a great time at this awesome apartment. It was very clean and well equiped. The kitchen was better equiped than our kitchen at home and there were plenty of towels, linens and more. The backyard was also great with the big grassy area and the patio that we relaxed on after a day in Hollywood. We highly recommend and definitely will return.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Dave R. provided EXCELLENT customer service from the very first email inquiry I sent him to, to us having to change the date of our arrival, to my cancellation of our reservation due to unfortunate personal circumstances. He was extremely accommodating, replied quickly whenever I emailed and was always there to answer any questions we had and worked with anything we needed. Have no fear dealing with him. Our 1392 Persian New year family celebration could be never ever better than this. David and his place are the loveliest we have experienced. As an architect who is always picky about every thing, I would say I saw nothing that bother me. His gentle behavior, responsibility and smart attention to furnishing his apartment by providing everything that just needed for a cool temporary settlement was unbelievable. His white super neat furniture, remodeled fancy backyard, perfectly detailed kitchen, bathroom, WiFi and parking couldn't be better than this. Its location in such a lovely neighborhood were not allowing me to sleep anytime later than 7AM for an early morning walk in Hollywood hills(do it if u can). We arrived here for a week stay to get out of the east coast cold. We were very pleased when Dave greated us at the door of this apartment. This is the first time we had booked a vacation home so we were not sure what to expect bu have heard some horror stories. This place was perfect for our stay. It was much larger than expected and was super clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We used the BBQ and patio area a few times to be sure to soak up some more California sun before we head back home. David is the man and the apartment was great. You won't find a place as nice as this in Hollywood for this price that includes the great amenities ( Location, 2 bedrooms, a parking space, TV, internet, etc...). Will definitely be staying here next time I'm in LA.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a great time at this apartment. Great location, super clean, very well furnished, full kitchen, comfortable beds and a great backyard are just a few of the things that we enjoyed about this apartment. Dave was super helpful in showing us around and check in and check out was a breeze. We even received our full security back within hours of departure.
