Immaculately maintained, modern, open concept studio with hardwood floors and halogen lights (approximately 460 square feet) furnished in woods and warm shades of chocolate with large bright windows draped in organza sheers and raw silk drapes. Studio consists of open sleeping area, kitchen & dining area, living area, internet/fax/printer equipped work alcove, four-piece bathroom, and en-suite laundry facilities. Space is ideal for two persons, although it is possible to sleep 3 adults, or 2 adults plus 2 young children.
Queen bed is furnished with luxurious white goose down duvet and Egyptian cotton linens and comfortably sleeps two. Adjacent convertible European style extra-long fold down sofa-bed (82" x 47") in living area can accommodate one or two additional persons. All beds offer very comfortable and firm sleeping support.
Flat Panel LCD TV, is wall mounted and swivels for easy viewing from dining, living or sleeping area. Stereo CD player. Enjoy the convenience of an efficient fully equipped open kitchen with refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle; Extendible wood dining table comfortably seats and serves up to four persons. Everything you need is in place to create a showcase dinner from your purchases at St. Lawrence Farmer's Market or the nearby 24-hour supermarket.
China, glassware, cutlery for 4+ persons, cookware, coffee, tea and basic kitchen and laundry supplies provided. Window-side work alcove is fully equipped for the business traveller and contains writing desk with leather chair, cordless speaker phone, voice mail, unlimited high speed internet access, and colour printer/fax/copier/scanner to keep you in touch with home and office. Spacious four piece bathroom with tub, shower, bath toiletries, and hair dryer. Twenty-four hour front desk concierge & security.
We can book and arrange private airport limousine service to meet you at the airport and drive you in courteous and spacious comfort to the Studio at rates only slightly higher than a taxi; or even arrange a car with driver for your explorations further afield to the Stratford or Shaw theatre festivals, Niagara on-the-Lake wineries, Niagara Falls, and more.

We went to the Senator on Friday night for some excellent live jazz and tried the bar downstairs for cocktails (and the diner for snacks) on Saturday night. I think your studio might be better equipped than my own home! We especially appreciated the personal touches like the jazz CD's, fruit basket, chocolates, and the artwork. The “check in” process (you meeting us there on arrival) was such a wonderful change from the usual, and your knowledge of the area was really helpful. We rented this unit in August. The property was clean and well-maintained. I don't think one could find a more perfect location. We walked everywhere. We brought our vehicle - but ended up never driving it. We even walked to the movies twice! The mall is within one block. Dozens of restaurants. We also felt safe and secure - the building has security. I would highly recommend this property if you enjoy being in the center of the city!

Very comfortable studio apartment close to everything. Well equipped. If you have a car there are inexpensive nearby lots. Deposit was sent immediately after our stay.

This is an impeccably maintained and well-located studio. The kitchen is well-equipped with quality items. We found everything we needed, which is rare for a rental apartment.

My wife and I just spent a week at the Jazz Studio and after just one night, we felt right at home! The studio is stocked with all the essentials (pantry items, cookware, cleaning products, towels, etc.) you could ever need. Then, there are the personal touches like a basket of goodies to enjoy during your stay, plus tons of local travel books and magazines to help you find the best food and entertainment spots. The WIFI was a great bonus, too. If you're a clean freak. No worries -- the studio is immaculate. And the location truly cannot be beat. It's in the heart of downtown Toronto which makes everything walkable. It's really a gem. We plan to stay there whenever we're in Toronto.

Our staff in Toronto and at the Jazz Studio was fabulous. The location is in walking distance (or public transportation) of many places to visits and dine. There is no need for a car. The efficiency apt. is tastefully apportioned with any thing that you might need or even have forgotten. It is exceptionally neat and clean. The building is secured. Fay is helpful and knowledgeable in giving great tourist information about the city. I would highly recommend it for a couple wanting to explore the beautifully eclectic city of Toronto. My husband and I would definitely return.

As far as our Toronto trip in October is concerned, we had a fantastic time. Your suite provided us with a wonderful place to stay. Although we're used to renting apartments (as opposed to hotel rooms), never have we been so far in a place with so many additional personal touches. You really thought of every detail, every little thing a traveller (or a whole family of travellers) might need, and added style and class to the package on top of it. My family and I were impressed. You were right that the size of the suite perhaps wasn't ideal for a family of four, but we found it to be cozy enough, with both the bed and the pullout sofa very comfortable. We found the place to be decorated with taste and personality. Fátima and Raquel came in once to clean during our stay. We also found them to be sweet and professional. They did a great job. In other words, thank you, thank you, thank you! We will not hesitate to stay again at your property on our next trip to Toronto. I will also not hesitate to recommend your services to my friends and acquaintances. Best regards, Vlad
