We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in mid-October, 2010. Immaculate accommodation, very comfortable bed and location is perfect. Thanks for the coffee and chocolates, and the excellent organization and attention to detail! Highly recommended. Cathy and Ross

We rented this unit in August. The property was clean and well-maintained. I don't think one could find a more perfect location. We walked everywhere. We brought our vehicle - but ended up never driving it. We even walked to the movies twice! The mall is within one block. Dozens of restaurants. We also felt safe and secure - the building has security. I would highly recommend this property if you enjoy being in the center of the city!

Very comfortable studio apartment close to everything. Well equipped. If you have a car there are inexpensive nearby lots. Deposit was sent immediately after our stay.

This is an impeccably maintained and well-located studio. The kitchen is well-equipped with quality items. We found everything we needed, which is rare for a rental apartment.

My wife and I just spent a week at the Jazz Studio and after just one night, we felt right at home! The studio is stocked with all the essentials (pantry items, cookware, cleaning products, towels, etc.) you could ever need. Then, there are the personal touches like a basket of goodies to enjoy during your stay, plus tons of local travel books and magazines to help you find the best food and entertainment spots. The WIFI was a great bonus, too. If you're a clean freak. No worries -- the studio is immaculate. And the location truly cannot be beat. It's in the heart of downtown Toronto which makes everything walkable. It's really a gem. We plan to stay there whenever we're in Toronto.

What a PERFECT location to enjoy Toronto! We couldn't have asked for a better, cleaner, more accommodating place to rest after a fun day in the city. Fay has an amazing gift for making you feel at home while away from home-the attention to detail and the ammenities here are outstanding. Thank you so much for a wonderful visit to your city! Our staff in Toronto and at the Jazz Studio was fabulous. The location is in walking distance (or public transportation) of many places to visits and dine. There is no need for a car. The efficiency apt. is tastefully apportioned with any thing that you might need or even have forgotten. It is exceptionally neat and clean. The building is secured. Fay is helpful and knowledgeable in giving great tourist information about the city. I would highly recommend it for a couple wanting to explore the beautifully eclectic city of Toronto. My husband and I would definitely return.

As far as our Toronto trip in October is concerned, we had a fantastic time. Your suite provided us with a wonderful place to stay. Although we're used to renting apartments (as opposed to hotel rooms), never have we been so far in a place with so many additional personal touches. You really thought of every detail, every little thing a traveller (or a whole family of travellers) might need, and added style and class to the package on top of it. My family and I were impressed. You were right that the size of the suite perhaps wasn't ideal for a family of four, but we found it to be cozy enough, with both the bed and the pullout sofa very comfortable. We found the place to be decorated with taste and personality. Fátima and Raquel came in once to clean during our stay. We also found them to be sweet and professional. They did a great job. In other words, thank you, thank you, thank you! We will not hesitate to stay again at your property on our next trip to Toronto. I will also not hesitate to recommend your services to my friends and acquaintances. Best regards, Vlad

Jazz Studio is among the finest accomodations and best value in housing that I've seen yet, in over 25 years of touring professionally. Beautiful accomodations, centrally located in TO, just around the corner from the venue my show is playing in. I will certainly be returning to Jazz Studio whenever I return to Toronto. Thanks, Fay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Jazz Studio for 3 nights in July 2008. The apartment was comfortable and perfectly located. It had good facilities and was nicely decorated. Use of the hotel facilities next door was convenient too (i.e. gym, martini bar, etc.). Fay was there to give us a warm greeting when we arrived, and was helpful in getting us acquainted with Toronto. I would definitely recommend this apartment to travellers, above any other and above all hotels!

The Jazz Studio is a fantastic place to "bed down" while in Toronto. My huisband and I lived inthe city until 9 years ago and we can say that it would be hard to find a better location. The suite has every comfort you would want. It is compact, but decorated in beautiful, calming tones. The furniture, while totally comfortable and functionable, has been artfully designed. As added advantage is having the Hotel next door. The hotel amenities, like the Martini Bar, are welcomed after a day of exploring. We will cetainly stay here again. Fay, you have done a wonderful job!!

I am writing this review from the "Jazz Studio" on the WiFi hotspot the owner provides. We'll be going down to the bar in the lobby to listen to jazz tonight, probably after dining at one of the many restaurants in close walking distance. This is right in the middle of downtown, the location could not be better. Great bed, very comfortable place, secure and stylish. Even equipped with many of the kitchen basics, coffee, tea, etc. A bargain! The owner arranged our transportation from the airport, met us at the apartment and gave us all we needed to know about the city. Highly recommended.

My husband and I just returned from a delightful stay at the Jazz Studio. The condo is impeccably clean, very centrally located and decorated beautifully. Fay was so very helpful with tips on where to dine and what to see. Her huge collection of travel guides at the condo was an added bonus.

Jazz studio is very central and is a clean smart studio apartment we would highly recommend. Fay is well organised and this is reflected in the apartment. Most of Toronto's central attractions are within an easy walking distance and access to taxis and trams is second to none. Oh, and forget the car -you just don't need one if you intend to stay around the downtown area. If you're visiting for business, Jazz is a very pleasant alternative to a city centre hotel, and there's wireless internet if you have to keep in touch. If you need more business services, speak nicely to the desk manager at Pantages Hotel reception. There's a good selection of restaurants nearby and if you want to eat somewhere special we recommend a short walk to Elm Street for a good range of quality restaurants. We had a great stay at Jazz and would return at the drop of a hat. Thanks Fay!

We had such a great stay at Jazz studio. The location couldn't be more convenient, and the apartment has everything you could need. Fay is a great host and was very helpful when we arrived, telling us all the places we should visit and helping us get our bearings. We'd love to visit Toronto again and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. Thanks again Fay!

The Jazz Studio is a wonderful, modern, and comfortable "home base" when in Toronto with all the amenities. Ideal for 1-2 people. Fay could not be more accommodating, and the loctation is ideal. It's literally right next to a martini bar. You can't beat that!

The Jazz Studio was better than we expected. We've visited TO annually for the last 9 years or so, and this was by far the cleanest and most comfortable accommodation to date. It really is in an excellent area and very tastefully furnished. We hope to stay there longer next time. Thanks Fay!

We really enjoyed our week at Jazz Studio, a teriffic location, close to theatres, shoppping and great restaurants. The studio was super clean and so well organized and equipped. For a small studio, it felt like we had lots of space with everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home for our visit to Toronto. Really appreciated all the extras like all the condiments in the fridge and cupboards, the fruit basket, the cds, tourist books, etc. Thanks for a great place to stay, we hope to return.

Jazz was exactly as described by the owner (chic, compact, thoughtfully appointed) We found the quality and conveniences of our own home + a few more! Nice attention to details that made our stay memorable - fresh fruit, chocolates, tour guides, maps, and even fresh flowers! I can't think of a better location - city centre and perfect for exploring on foot, yet only a short walk back to the surprisingly quiet, calm studio & heavenly spa. The reservation process went seamlessly - great info package, touring suggestions, and the damage deposit was promptly returned. We had a memorable stay, and felt like locals after checking out a few of the owners suggestions for favourite activities, places, and restaurants - I don't think we would have come across some of these places on our own! We'll be back to visit all the places we couldn't fit in...and try a few more of those wonderful restaurants.

Really enjoyed my stay - apartment is beautifully furnished, has every convenience and is centrally located. Particularly enjoyed Breakfast at the Senator, wandering around the Distillery district, the St. Lawrence market, King Street, Massey Hall.... I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to anybody visiting Toronto.

I was very pleasantly surprised with my experience at Jazz Studio. Everything worked perfectly. The unit looked like it had never been used before, so sparkling clean and neat it was. The location is ht best in hte city. Close to everything one may want or need. As a great bonus, Fay is a great human being, very nice to do business with. We’re back from Toronto, and just wanted to let you know that your studio was WONDERFUL and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We went to the Senator on Friday night for some excellent live jazz and tried the bar downstairs for cocktails (and the diner for snacks) on Saturday night. I think your studio might be better equipped than my own home! We especially appreciated the personal touches like the jazz CD's, fruit basket, chocolates, and the artwork. The “check in” process (you meeting us there on arrival) was such a wonderful change from the usual, and your knowledge of the area was really helpful. We found your studio to be excellent value, and I’ve recommended it to our travel agent (but only for her favorite clients!).
