  I just spent two wonderful months in Holmes Beach. This condo is perfectly appointed to suit all the needs for either a short or longer stay. Warm, inviting, fresh, clean, comfortable, well decorated without being crowded. The unit is very well stocked, plenty of fresh linens, beach towels, well equipped kitchen for cooking in or out ( the condo provides a gas grill by the pool ). Full attention has been given to any possible need to assure a very enjoyable vacation. The owners are very helpful, easy to contact, and most pleasant This is definitely a home away from home, but with lots and lots of sunshine. I am already looking forward coming back next winter.

  We were very pleased to arrive at this pleasant very well appointed condo after 2 days of driving from Ontario. The condo has all amenities you need for a very comfortable stay, you quickly feel at home. The condo pool is heated and is rarely used by other units. The pool deck is large and quiet if you prefer to read. The local public beach has many services and is very nice. Access to the beach is across a fairly busy road which children should definitely not cross alone however. A local regular free bus service means you can leave the car parked if you choose. The local PUBLIX supermarket is a 5 minute drive. AMI has a quiet demeanor, there are several pleasant restaurants which we enjoyed.The night life is nonexistent which is fine by me. The owners of the condo are friendly and easy to deal with, transactions went well. Finally the condo is very well suited for two to four people, six people would be a little tight.

  Bob and Suzanne's vacation home is like YOUR home away from home. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The condo is very well maintained and extremely well stocked. The furnishings are all comfortable and like new. The condo is decorated well and just makes you feel welcome. It is a very easy walk to the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria. It is gives you easy access to restaurants, stores, and groceries. The covered parking was an added benefit. One of our favorite things was eating breakfast on the screened in lanai. All in all we felt like this was the PERFECT island home!

  If you want a nice clean place to stay, this is the place. The condo is decorated so cute. Everything you need is there. Short walk to the beach. The owners are great to work with. We will stay their again.

  What a great place to stay for our little get-away vacation. We loved the convenience of walking distance to the beach and closeness to shopping. Much to explore when taking the trolley up and down the coast. This condo has all the comforts of home. Kitchen is fully equiped for stay-at-home meals and all the linens necessary for a restful visit. All you need to bring is a suitcase of bathing suits and sunscreen! The owners have made this condo a cozy and beautiful place to stay. It is immaculately kept and well cared for. They have made this condo a place I will definately be staying in again!

  The condo was better than my expectations. It was immaculate with all the amenities. Minutes away from the beautiful beach. The condo is in such beautiful condition you can truly tell it is pride of ownership. I cannot wait to book again next year.

  We decided to take a small vacation to Florida and wanted something quieter than the typical attractions that Florida has to offer. We were referred to this location through friends who had stayed here previously and thouroughly enjoyed their experience. We did as well. The condo is clean, spacious and well decorated. It was much more affordable than a hotel with all the same amenities, yet it was our own little "home" for the week. The condo is a "stones-throw' to the beach and there is a beautiful "backyard" pool, patio and bbq area. It really does feel like you're at home, yet in paradise at the same time. I would highly reccomend this property and we will definitley be staying here again in the near future. Thank you for sharing your property with us!!!
